I would say Mathew Shindler is one of the best sales person in Germain Honda Dublin branch. He is so kind and helpful person I have ever met. He helped me out to find out the best car for me. If I say he is a great asset of Germain Honda company it wouldn’t be wrong. Highly recommended. Trust worthy, best seller and genuinely great company and staff.

Was in need of a car to get to work as mine went down. This was the first place I went to. Didn’t even need to shop around! Allison Webb warmly greeted me and my mom when we came in. Allison was very helpful and understanding of my needs. Allison helped me pick out three cars to test drive and I ultimately picked one of them. Allison worked with the sales team to get me a lower down payment and a lower monthly payment! Allison was also able to get them to let me drive off with my car that day! After searching out multiple cars at several dealerships across Columbus, I settled on a 2024 Honda Accord Touring from Germain Honda of Dublin. I drive 38 miles to work every day and I appreciate the hybrid features will save me a lot in gas. My salesperson was Gage Lloyd and he was fabulous to work with. He was attentive, focused, and not pushy. He listened to what I was saying and addressed me (the buyer) and not just my husband who was with me (as other sales people tended to do). I appreciated his down to earth style and his desire to get me into the car that I really wanted. I came in to buy a brand new Civic at one of the busiest times of the year and my sales associate Allison Webb made it the smoothest process ever! Very nice dealership and everyone I talked to was very friendly and really cared about my comfort at all times. Got my car serviced at Germain Honda again. I love this place. This time Chris Fisher was the one who helped me with my car. Chris was very respectful and was very open and honest with me about my service. I ended up leaving the car with them and within a few hours, Chris called me stating my car was ready. I arrived back at the shop and found out that they ended up fixing my car and it ended up being free of charge. I was super happy with the service I received from Chris Fisher at Germain Honda. Go see these guys if you have any issues with your car they are amazing.

I came in for an oil change and got great service from Steve Barnard and the rest of the team at Germain. I appreciated it was only an hour wait. There was also a few maintenance things I need to get done in the near future and Steve was informative but not over-the-top sales focused. Thank you for NOT making me feel like I wasn’t going to get home if I didn’t get the work done immediately, like other repair shops have.

I had a great experience buying my car here. Mohammed Rufai, was an amazing person, this was my first car purchase and he was amazing!!! He was very patient and took his time walking me through the entire process. I love my car and can’t thank Mo, enough for his help ❤.

My experience with Germain Honda and in particular Christopher Glover in sales was a great one. Christopher kept me informed through the entire process as the Passport I wanted needed to be built in Alabama. He tracked it through manufacturing and transportation to here in Dublin. The whole process was easy and I am very satisfied with the service.

I waited on the car and appreciated the text updates while I waited. The process was quick and easy as my the Gearbox was correctly manufactured.
