FYE

Hello! I’m the current store manager for FYE at Tuttle mall! I just wanted to say hello and share a bit about our store while replying to some comments. We have been around for a long time but we are going strong!! Don’t count us out yet! Haha!

Addressing some of the comments! ☺
-Our corporate sets pricing and also makes the decisions on what we get in our shipments. We do get shipments once a week but we don’t know what we are getting and cannot specifically order any items.
-Returns can be done with a receipt and/or if you are a member or use an e-mail (we can find your receipt that way) If you don’t have a receipt it is company policy that only an exchange can be done or a gift card will be issued. Any damaged product can be exchanged for same item, open or not, if we have the item to replace it.. we will work with you and make things right. This is the way it has always been.
-Yes we have a membership and yes it is a free month trial. We explain everything at the register and make sure you don’t have any questions. It is not a scam 🤷🏼‍♀

I love the store I'm from Chillicothe Ohio rfye left town what a shame it was the best one I have ever been in wish they would come back. All kinds of great things to buy and collect!

Staff was super helpful and courteous. The store was clean and organized as well and things were easy to find!

The store was closed early for understaffing issues, and that is surely a shame because I think this place is great. I would've stopped in earlier had this not happened but I hope everyone there can remain financially stable and I will always be open for a job there if it was to help you all out :)

This place definitely has a lot of imported merchandise which is nice because you can get your imported Japanese snacks and clothes without waiting 3+ weeks for shipping.

I love this store! They have a very nice vinyl selection here, and I have purchased several records here. Also lots of random popular culture items to browse around. If you still collect CD's they have a pretty good new and used selection with great prices.

A great place to get my Funko Pops!

Jesse is awesome! Only reason I buy my Pops from FYE. She's always super nice and up to date on product info. Greets you right away and knows the store inventory like the back of her hand.

I come in all the time for tech, media, anime and gadgets. There is a lot of candies and anime, as well as media, such as dvds, music and vinyls. Shipments come in every week. and the store is generally quiet and picked up.

Used to go to these before CDs became obsolete, now I get more joy from seeing the anime and movie merch, and cool snacks! They have good shirt deals periodically as well.

There are not many good music and media stores left but this is definitely one of them. Lots of popular fan merchandise, a wide range of DVDs and Blu-ray, and still carrying a decent selection of CDs. You can even burn albums at the kiosk making possible to get some things rare and forgotten. This is one of my primary reasons to visit the mall.

A little pricey but they have a very high overhead because they're in the mall. They have a big variety of movies and games. Store was well organized and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'll go back again.

FYE is a great store if you or someone you love is a total geek. You can find just about anything there, from a giant wall of Pop figures (somewhat more than I've found other places like Hot Topic and always on some sort of sale) to various t-shirts, a wall of Marvel and Harry Potter stuff, and great DVD sales. It's also where I get my magnets and keychains.

Incredible store great value

I use to go to an FYE all the time, it is my "candy store" I could walk in it for hours just browsing.

Sadly the FYE in my home town lost its lease and the building owners would have rather left the location abandoned over letting a great store pay for its lease back.

The only reason I go to Tuttle Crossing is to visit FYE. I've loved shopping at FYE since I was a kid and it's awesome to have one close to my house. Great selection and really nice staff.

Haven't been to this store in years and glad I could find one here at Tuttle mall. Great music and DVD sections, along with cute plush dolls, clothes, and snacks.

I love how awkward this store is lol. Clothes, action figures, huge chocolate bars, and lots of music. I never know what I'm gonna find in there but I do appreciate all the Jack Skellington stuff.
