Dr Norbo's office is super friendly and always upbeat. The hygienists are all great and pleasant. Dr. Norbo is caring and explains things very thoroughly. My appointments are always on time and the pricing is very reasonable. I feel like I'm among friends each time I visit.

Absolutely love this practice! Truly make you so comfortable- like you are just visiting friends. Everyone, from Crystal ( front end) Jill( my hygienist) and Dr. Norbo, all made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I will also say I have never had a more thorough cleaning- literally quite refreshing! I will definitely be recommending Dr. Norbo and his associates, they are a 10!

Dr Norbo and his staff provide the best customer service experience. When you check in and out, Christelle, office manager is so friendly and caring. She is incredibly efficient. Dr Norbo is so thorough and professional. The hygienist s are always professional and caring. I highly recommend them all. Dr Norbo is an excellent dentist. He is very thorough & accommodating. Jill is the dental assistant I see during my checkups. She is also very thorough, detailed & friendly. I highly recommend Dr Norbo & his entire office staff.

Staff is wonderful. When I leave there I know my teeth have been thoroughly cleaned and Dr. Norbo has made sure everything is good. Hate I will no longer be seeing them since I'm moving. Thanks for everything.

Very friendly and courteous. Upon entering Crystal always takes time to greet you and updates you as to the status of your appointment. My hygienist, Stephanie, is one of the best I have worked with, she is friendly, but with an element of frankness and professionalism. Dr. Norbo is to the point, very understanding, and takes the time needed to explain options and goals. I highly recommend this office for all the reasons above. Great people!!!!

Dr Norbo and his office staff/hygienists are amazing. They always put me at ease. Having the massaging dental chairs is fantastic - I don’t know that I’ve ever felt more relaxed at the dentist. More importantly, they truly care about a positive patient experience and our dental health. They don’t lecture but always give sound advice and want me to be comfortable with their care. I would highly recommend Dr Norbo’s office.

Everyone I have ever dealt with here is just incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. I've never had long waits either in the waiting room or to see Dr. Norbo. Crystal at the front desk is a gem. She's diligent and keeps everything organized. The hygienists are all very good at what they do and their demeanor just makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Norbo is just a fantastic person. He always takes the time to make sure you understand what he's doing, to offer enough information to make decisions as needed and to answer any questions you may have. Everyone at this practice cares about quality patient care. I will also say that I'm not afraid of or anxious about the dentist's office or dental procedures. However, I would imagine if you are a person who loathes the dentist's office that you would feel very reassured by the people at this practice. I cannot say enough good things!
