It is always easy to shop here. I stop whenever I need to make a present and want to see in person what we buy. But also, it is very easy to shop online and if we don't like it, we have a brick and mortar store to go into and change the size or just do a return. Julie was super helpful and my friend loved the bags we got for her birthday. Thanks.

They have Name Brands with little imperfections but Honestly you cannot even tell so of course I Buy most of my Clothes there but I Do Buy Name Brand Shoes, Our Feet are the most Important part of our Bodies they Support us and take 1 Hell of a Beating!!!!

I bought a decent pair of boots. The sale was great. I kept looking at the tags, and way too many things are made in china that we pay high dollar for.

Marciana in the cosmetic department was fantastic. She helped me find great makeup colors and gave me technique tips for makeup application. She was super friendly and so helpful. This is where I will purchase all my cosmetic needs from now on.

Great selection, a little pricey

Fast service for a return item. The store offers an enjoyable shopping experience and is clean, tidy, well maintained, well lighted and well organized. They offer a wide variety of types of merchandise, such as clothing, household goods, makeup and footwear. The staff is very pleasant.

Spacious store with beautifully displayed items with plenty of associates to help you with your shopping needs.

I was hoping to get an email review but this works too. Back in June I had an issue with my sandals breaking while in the mall. I went straight to Macy's to see what they could do. I was out of warranty but I had only had my shoes since the holidays and they had minimal wear on them. I saw Ellen and she was extremely kind to me and called her manager Taya for assistance. Taya was able to get me a gift certificate so I could get a new pair. Once I received it I went straight back to the store today and I was able to get a replacement. Nazli helped me and she was so kind. She was able to help me find the best fit for me. Please give these ladies the recognition they deserve. You have great employees so please take care of them. I will be back for more shopping soon.

I was so incredibly impressed by the professionalism and sincere interest and excellent customer service I recently received in the Macy’s jewelry department more particularly with sales person Julie. I was interested in making a jewelry purchase and she let me know that if I waited a day I would save 50% off the price of the item I intended to purchase. What a delightful experience . Julie shows great integrity in her work ethic and Macy’s is lucky to have her as an employee.

Went in to just look around but ended up stopping at the sunglass hut. Mark was great help with recommendations and letting us try on multiple pairs. Bought two pairs of Ray Bans and an additional case for my Oakleys. Great customer service

Looking for a new bed mines getting quite old . Went to a few places . Macy's came up in conversation and I said sure why not . They had the biggest selection of everyone . Multi brands and firmness!
They even had hotel series witch were just like a high end hotel . I found the perfect mattress with a 10 year warranty and the price was great ! Going to get a doctor note for it so I can save on tax .

Macy's is always great! Compared to the disaster that is the Melbourne Square JC Penney's, it's department store heaven. What is happening, JCP?? You're a mess, understaffed, stuff thrown all over the place... Maybe, if you respect yourselves, others will, too.

I love Macy's. Don't get there often as I don't need much, but found a dress I've been looking for and bought it.
