I love this place. First dentist I’ve ever had that I can see twice a year without paying anything out of pocket. No deep cleaning scams, everything is easy. Was paying up to $800 to have my teeth cleaned before I found Dr. Kimble-Whitmire. Wonderful staff, easy organized scheduling, just perfect. If you want easy this is the place.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lisa for 5 years. She has done excellent work with my teeth and being proactive at what I can do to help the health of my teeth. After 3 pregnancies with severe morning sickness, my teeth were not in the best shape. I recommend her to anyone!!

Every visit has been a great experience. Staff is very personable, courteous, fun, and energetic. Make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Kimble and her team are amazing!!! Can't believe anyone would leave a bad review ABOUT THIS PRACTICE. Go see for yourself. I guarantee you will make this your dental home.

Most Awesome Dentist Ever!!!😁😁😁

This is the worst place to have teeth cleaned and especially for younger children. My daughter had her teeth cleaned in June 2016 and they told me everything was fine but then I took her to my other daughter's dentist and they told me my daughter had a cavity. I had requested to get a form 3300 and they threw it out and then they told me that I had to wait 24 to 48 hour turn around to get another one but yet another person that worked there said she could email it to me. My question is when I had requested it when my daughter started school why wasn't email an option and they want to put the blame on me as to why I was getting upset because I needed the form and they would not do it. And then they want to tell me that my daughter is not able to go back there and I need to sign a release. I have already signed a release with my daughter's new dentist and they claim they haven't received anything from her new dentist so I will be contacting her new dentist to find out what is going on. Please DO NOT use this doctor or office! They don't care about there customers and especially don't care about young children.

I called to speak to the front desk about my coverage to see if my dental program was excepted and also to find out my break down as far as my payments , Maegan put me on hold to speak to Bianca because I spoke to her earlier , Bianca gets on the phone and talks to me about the care I needed for the dental plan when I was asking questions and also talking to her she starts to speak about how when she was uneducated and also referring to me about not knowing what I needed for my teeth I said I understand what your saying but I had a bad experience and she still went on and on ,she felt because she knows more in the dental field and it's nothing wrong with that but when your trying to explain something as far as what you want for your appointment I feel it's rude when a person is trying to get their point across and not trying to hear you, you don't tell someone with a ghetto tone to pump their breaks because they are telling you how un-professional your being on the phone then they say this will not be a place for you because I don't want to hear anything else from her??? Something I found real ridiculous and when I called back to speak to a manager she sound like she was on the phone herself playing like the manager. and if it really was the manager how do you have people like Bianca working in your place of business and they are rude with no manners and respect.
The manager said her name was Rosita and she made it clear that it was okay for Bianca to act the way she was acting because of it being a long day , I said to myself wowwwwwwww I didn't disrespect or acted out of character with this woman and your backing her up with the rude , disrespectful and obnoxious as well as un-professional attitude Bianca had . I'm not racist and never have I ever been but when I go to a place that are African American and Spanish decent like myself some are very rude as well as disrespectful and ghetto this is why I rather go to places my family and friends go to that are owned and have Caucasian workers because they have more respect for anyone of color or race it's very sad when people act so ghetto and hood in a place of business I'm glad that I won't be coming to this place.
