Hey just visited this store and the store manager Marcel was extremely knowledgeable about why my phone was malfunctioning. He fixed the problem with ease and made me extremely happy. It’s the best experience ever….

My friend and I came in today to trade in our phones. My friend’s phone having some screen issues. Derek assisted us with EVERYTHING. He was patience, friendly and knowledgeable! Everyone else was also very nice and attentive. Thank you for making our experience easy and pleasant!!! Kudos Derek !! 👏🏽👏🏽

Visited the store today and Ms. Shantrell was amazing! She was extra knowledgeable and she was really easy to talk to and very relatable! She made my experience enjoyable because I didn’t even wanna come in the store in the first place. It was quick and easy to get new service! I left very satisfied Thank you 😊

I had the pleasure of working with DJ, Tim as well as EJ. Actually the whole staff honestly. Lol... They were very professional, easy going, understanding and funny. I went in to get a SIM card for my daughter since her iPhone 11 was stolen and Jahin attended to me. He was polite, very personable, and gave me great service! He was easy on the eyes (I saw a ring though ladies🤣) and could sing! Even the pretty girl with the dimples that was there was helping me. Not to mention the music made my time there even more enjoyable! Lol I probably sung every song that came on 🤣 I would definitely recommend this location for all of your service needs!

Came in to setup a new iPhone as sprint legacy, staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the transfer process.

I'm loving the experience and energy of the whole team. I was greeted by TJ the moment I walked in the door and she catered to me until the end.

Seeing that I haven't been impressed with T Mobile lately, it was refreshing to walk in an atmosphere where the whole team worked together to make sure my visit was above average.

I will make them my store from now on and drive the 45 minutes for guaranteed great customer service

I was greeted and quickly assisted with my little phone issue. The young man was patient and walked me through on how to back up my IPhone. As a senior, technology is not that easy for me. But I appreciated his assistance and I must say, a very clean store. Smelled great as soon as I walked in, nice job T-Mobile!

The store had 10 people inside & the manager (short beautiful blonde hair) was able to take my payment outside. During these pandemic times, I appreciate a company that’s solution driven but hire the right people for the job! Thanks again Monique you are the boss!

I had a great experience with the fellows at this location very helpful very friendly I love love Jamin P he is the best person in customer service care he is so knowledgeable T mobile have the right person for the job he truly take care of business I’ll be writing a letter to his boss on how great this guy is he deserves it

My experience with the T-Mobile store at 865 Thornton road in Lithia Springs Georgia was fabulous. It was certainly a great experience and a pleasure visiting T-Mobile today. Mr. Oscar Mendez is very kind, funny, congenital easygoing and wonderful highly professional expert here at T-Mobile. I am very happy with my purchase of 2 IPhones 11 and 1 iPhone 8. I highly recommend you ask for him when you come into the store!

Tammy went beyond the call of duty to help me. She understood all of my problems and fixed everyone of them with no issues. She even made the setting of my phone so much better than what is was originally. I now can say I am and will enjoy my new S 10 phone. Thank you for having Tammy on you team.

After an inexplicably horrific experience with other T-Mobile stores, I was finally lucky enough to find this one! Chris and Tammy answered all of my questions via phone and when I got to the store Ashley was extremely pleasant! She and Lenae went above and beyond to assist me with my transition from At&t. I was ready to cut my losses and these ladies turned that right around by exceeding customer service/support expectations. This will be the only store I visit!

Went to get an upgrade and ended up walking out with two new Apple watches and two free tablets. Go see Lanae and Kirah. They are amazing and have the best customer service ever. They made sure all their customers are taken care of.
