Jackie the customer service agent was super nice, professional, answered all of my questions and was informative. She also had a great personality. The greeter also had a super sweet personality, she was professional and really informative when I asked for directions in the store. I'm mostly an online shopper but it's nice to know that good people are also in the stores. The Thornton Rd store in Lithia Springs GA rock's 👍

I was helped in the store by Team Lead Michael. He so patient and kind and very helpful. He suggested items to purchased for a gift for my mom and showed me where they were. She loved it. So if you need help in the store- look for Team Lead Michael. He needs a raise!!!!!!!

Not too busy. I walked in payed my bill at the money center, gentleman working was very nice. Went to get what I needed and walked right up to a self check out and was out.

The remodeled store looks nice. Let's see if they can keep it clean bc the hot food deli glass case was not so clean.

This store is always clean when I go, and the store associates are very helpful and kind!

So a friend and I had a debate on who had the best bakery department between Kroger, Publix and Walmart!
The Walmart on Thornton Rd. by far had the best bakery!!!

Great place to shop. I love their new renovation. Great customer service when making and exchange. Very clean and inviting.

It's my first time here and I like how the setting is. It was hard a little to navigate through the isles but in the end, I got everything I wanted to buy. They have different parking space for pickups.

Love their curbside pickup. Quick and convenient. Sometimes, the produce isn't the best, but I reach out to Walmart and get a prompt refund if that happens. Will continue to use this particular location.

I was able to go and get my items [car oil] & leave relatively quickly

This trip to Walmart was really nice for a change, especially for it to have been Labor Day weekend. The store was surprisingly not full of ppl, and the shelves were stocked pretty well. I was able to get in and out extremely fast. No long lines

The new layout is so clean cut might take some getting use to but very clean nice customer service

The lady in the deli is an angel on earth. Forgot her name but she's the one with the short afro, petite Queen. I enjoyed the food so much, I came back today and was delighted she was the one from yesterday. I sure wish management would let us tip for good service because you don't get that much these days and I appreciate good people like her. Will always come to visit you when I'm on this side of town for sure. She made me smile🙂

I just wanted to give this Walmart location a 🗣SUPER SHOUTOUT I preshate them for STILL providing their customers with those cart wipes.. (it’s the little things 🤏🏽) THEY get major cool points for showing that they care! A lot of stores don’t provide em which I feel like they should want to help keep down germs 🦠 This store might even still have mask if you ask… Uma always shop here! Thank you management & staff for doing your part in trying to keep our community safe!!!

These superior staff members at Walmart are thee best!!!!!! We were so upset that our daughter tv went out and they went over and beyond to help us! ESPECIALLY JAY✨✨✨✨ She was superior!!!! Thank you so much jay!!!!!!!

This location is my go-to place for everything, although I prefer Kroger for meats.

I ordered my items for pick up & I was in & out in 20 minutes & I’m in an 18 wheeler.

This was a well stocked store and very clean. The people are very nice and the staff seem to be happy. The best part was that there was about 6 regular lane to check out which was nice that I didn't have to go through the self checkout line this go round.
