Kroger

I love this Kroger. It's always neat and clean and staff is always friendly. It's that time of year where displays of fall start to appear and Kroger is already making themselves available for the upcoming festivities of what fall brings. The store is always clean and stocked and is starting to look great. I hate they got rid of the bank of America but we can't have it all right?

I love the store, regardless of the county that I'm in. Kroger has great deals and the double points on certain items are overwhelming and cost effective. The three cent off for gas is much needed in today's economy and if you spend a certain amount your discount on gas will increase....but you must become a member to get these great discounts.

First time here. Very bright and clean. Organized. Friendly staff. Located on Thornton Rd, a few exits away from 6 flags. This place is very big and nice. Bigger than others I've been to. Tons of produce and lots of variety in all food sections. Shelves were very full. Check out my pics for more info

I love Kroger on Lithia Springs Thornton Rd. The pharmaceutical staff in excellent. The pharmacist Ms . Olena the pharmacist technician Obi and Keith are always so pleasant and helpful 😀 I've been here for years their truly like family to me. God bless you all 🥰🥰

Store was easy to navigate, many friendly employees eager to help even though they were working on Thanksgiving day. Cashiers and baggers so sweet and wonderful. What an amazing shopping experience at Krogers.

I enjoy going to this Kroger so much I go maybe five times per week on average. I. So Content on ALL THE customer service especially the front end staff! And even more the Self check out regular ladies. 🙏 . It shows that Management and Leadership are Above and beyond and lead by Great Example! 👏👏👏👏👏.

We frequently shop at Kroger. Flowers, rotisserie chicken and ribs, quick meal options in the deli. Small fresh fish,fresh flowers, friendly ,and short wait times in the lines

Hello, my name is Demetra Holman Perry. Kayla was my cashier at the Kroger's Shopping Center on Thornton Road, In Lithiasprings, GA. Mrs. Kayla was very pleasant and professional. She greeted me with a smile and "Hello, welcome to Kroger's, was your shopping experience a pleasant one?" I said yes, and was shocked because I had never, I mean ever had a cashier or Customer Service Representative, to ever say that to me at no shopping center in this area. She was the joy of my visit to Kroger's with her energetic attitude and kindness. In addition to that said, she even asked me for my Kroger's Discount Card and OH MY GOODNESS! I am glad she did, because I saved an extra $3.00 on my purchases! I never do surveys but I had to for this one. Whom ever do these surveys, PLEASE tell The young lady Mrs. Kayla, I said, "Thanks for her kindness, knowledge of the Kroger's Card, and courtesy."

Went to Kroger on Thornton Road today in Lithia Springs and was so pleased with how fast I was checked out. When I got to the front the only lanes available were self check out and I had quite a few items. A woman looked at me and asked if I was ready for check out and open a lane right away for me. This was super appreciative as I was wanting to hurry home and she came right on time.

This young lady, Darlene, was working at the fuel center. It was freezing outside and she was diligently cleaning the parking lot while no one was around. When she got busy she was kind enough to let me take her picture in the booth, while helping all the customers with a warm smile.
People like Darlene really care, and I appreciate it. She deserves to be recognized. Thank You!😃

I've been going to this Kroger for a couple of years now. Customer service is good, the store is clean, and they usually don't run out of produce as often as some of the other Kroger locations that I frequent closer to where I live. The daily manager specials (clearance sections) are definitely worth checking out at this location. Check out usually is pretty quick as well.

It is one of the larger stores with more selections. The store was well maintained and staff were friendly. Even left a bag in the shuffle and the man bagging our items tracked us down in the parking lot. Also worth mentioning, it's located in a nice area.

I received the best customer service in any grocery store at the Thornton Rd Kroger this morning. I arrived very early and the fresh vegetables weren't all out yet. I decided to leave with canned goods, but Christopher M. ran to the self checkout to give me the vegetables I wanted. Outstanding work!

Thanks to Manager Melissa and the employee that helped me. Both were super-friendly and helpful.
