Ashley Store

In two words: simply marvelous! I was greeted upon arrival by Nyeasha, the sales associate, and explained that I was in the market for a sofa. She offered formidable advice without making me feel rushed to make a purchase. Best of all, she allowed me space to explore items without interruption. Eventually, I made a purchase, due in part, to her expertise. It was truly a remarkable experience!

I’ve had the most pleasant shopping experience in Ashley @Mall of Georgia Burford today! Fátima is one of those kind salesperson that is so sweet and pleases you on your taste and needs! Amazing. Then Candance at help desk gave me the most quick, efficient checkout ever! Jay the store manager tried way and beyond to get my order ASAP! Wow!! I walked in thinking on maybe buying and definitely did shop!!! Thank you ladies! It feels like shopping between sisters! God bless and definitely coming back! 😘❤♥♥🥰

Very nice store!! The employees were friendly and helpful. I was invited to a build your own bouquet event and loved the store's atmosphere! I was able to purchase a chic new throw pillow and will be back to check out couches. Huge selection and free delivery for things not in stock at the store.

Eden helped us out today and was very knowledgeable and kind. She made our experience wonderful. We will definitely come back and see Eden for any furniture needs!

Went to the location in Buford, Ga. We were helped by Gail. She was amazing and super friendly. Even if she thought something wasn’t possible, she asked her managers anyway to see if it was. It’s not often that you get real genuine customer service now a days. We almost left the store without purchasing. Her exquisite service made us want to spend our money their vs another store. Thank you Gail for making our shopping experience an absolute pleasure :)

JR was awesome! He was very helpful and thorough with helping us pick out some new furniture needed for an emergency situation. Great customer service and knowledge! We will be back!

I have been to several Ashley Stores in search of a particular style couch they sell online, but very few have on their showroom. I went into the Ashley store in Buford, Georgia, and Fatima and Jay were so helpful on looking to see what other Ashley locations may have this certain couch…and they found it for me! Great ladies and customer service!

Chris and Gail both helped me pick out electric lift chairs for my elderly parents. Chris helped me finalize the deal today and was very polite and forthcoming with information. Thanks to Gail and Chris for helping me out in the journey to bring some increased quality of life to my parents. I’ll be back for furniture for my own house….

My family and I frequently visit this specifically visit this Ashley location. It has a larger selection than other locations. The staff is friendly and usually always have some sort of sale going on. Specially, we have always had great interactions with Ms. Fatima at this location. She helped my parents buy a breakfast area/dining table for their home not too long ago. She has an eye for design and makes tasteful recommendations. My wife and I also just purchased some new furniture again from this location. We found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price and once again Ms. Fatima was such a pleasure to work with. We were in and out within less than an hour.

I came in today and purchased a living room set. It’s a great price and beautiful. JR took care of us! He’s professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be returning to buy from him again. Thanks JR

Eden was so helpful and courteous. I love that she gave me all the info I asked for, then didn't hover while I looked around. She was always available for any questions I had, and patient while I tried to make sure my new couch will work in my space. Love the couch I picked out and can't wait to have it in my home. Thanks for your help Eden!

I went in looking for a sofa and chair. Ms Nyeasha helped me with many different design options because I had a limited amount of space that I can use for furniture She was very professional and creative and did not try to pressure me into anything I did not want. I would definitely go there again when I need more furniture.

I had a great experience at Ashley furniture. The service was very good and Miss Ashley did a wonderful job with assisting and just being patient. Come and see if she can help you out with anything. Again that's Ashley at Ashley's.

Had the most amazing experience upon visiting with my toddler and partner. Ashley warmly greeted us at the front and then somehow, took me to the EXACT entertainment center I wanted without me even knowing what I was looking for. Also helped us find the perfect purple mattress within our budget, and took the time to talk with me about all the features, asked detailed questions, and made sure I didn’t walk out the door anything less than completely satisfied and excited for my orders to arrive.

Gail gave us a nice overview of the store and then showed us the options available to meet our needs. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased a nice furniture piece for our sitting room and are very happy with the store, its products and the job Gail did to have our needs met.

This is my second purchase from Ben in a couple of weeks. Ben is helpful and made both determining the right product and getting the order squared away easy for us. Do yourself a favor and ask for Ben when shopping at the Mall of Ga Ashley furniture.

Ben Spellman is an outstanding Ashley Representative! He was so knowledgeable and detailed, explaining each feature and benefits. I walked out with a beautiful leather sectional! I will come back for additional purchases. Ask for Ben!!

JR was awesome! He made sure he showed us different options of what we were looking for and had lots of patience with all of our different styles! We even left, went to rooms to go, and came back just for his customer service and ended up with exactly what we wanted and more!
