This weekend I visited my neighborhood Lowe's for some home improvement necessities, and I must say, the experience was truly top-notch. Outside the store, I found the parking lot neatly constructed, clean and easily navigable with designated parking for Military Veterans.

One of the standout features inside the store was its inventory; the shelves were well-stocked, boasting a wide array of products. No matter what I was looking for, whether it was a niche item or a popular tool, I found it effortlessly.

The customer service was impeccable. From the moment I walked in, to the checkout, the staff was proactive, courteous, and always on time with their assistance. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my shopping experience seamless and satisfactory.

Lastly, I was immensely touched by Lowe's commitment to honoring Military Veterans. Their respect and acknowledgment towards those who have served is commendable, reflecting their ethos of community and appreciation. As a veteran, I felt recognized and valued.

In summary, Lowe's delivers excellence on all fronts – from their expansive product range to their stellar customer service, all while holding high regard for our nation's heroes. Highly recommended!

I installed all my stones in my backyard doing everything myself when Covid hit and they were so helpful every single time I went. They loaded all the paving sand, rocks, and stones in the back of my truck for me every time. So friendly and helpful.

Easily found what I needed for a few home improvement projects - insulation for pipes and bathroom wall, and mulch for the back patio area.

Is the best associate that has ever existed. He was very helpful one of my tools that I purchased was made wrong at the factory and he made sure that I was taken care of. He’s a standup guy absolutely incredible. It was a painless experience. He has great customer service skills.

I have to say I don’t know him. I demanded that you write down sales and ID because I wanted to give credit to him at this store. Even though I made my purchase at the Lowe’s on beltline.

Please endeavor to promote Jose. He’s doing a great job.

I like Lowe's because of their Saturday how-to classes. They're always free, and you can learn so much. You might think, I already know how to do that, but you may not be doing it the most durable way. Or maybe they will show you an easier way to do it with a different tool or product. They're very knowledgeable. Only their senior people provide the classes. The Lowe's near me has them Saturdays from 10:30-11:30. And they keep a big list of classes outside the store so you can just drive by to see what's coming up.

And one of the very best things is how they take care of our military members. They now have reserved parks spots for active duty members or veterans. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate getting the military discount. Once you show them proof of your service, they're able to put it up every time after that by your phone number.

This location is always stocked with what I am in search for. To top off the shopping experience Glyn who goes above and beyond, knowledgeable, and super helpful has helped me several times. When the others sales associates didn't know if the item was even in stock or even bothered to look, Glyn jumped in and didn't stop searching until he located the difficult to find item. I've told others to ask for Glyn when they go to this location because of his personable and excellent customer service! High five Glyn!

Big store but not over crowded so is the ultimate shopping for home goods and business tools

We went to Lowes late Tuesday evening and had to buy some drainage pipe. There were only 3 in stock and we needed 4 more and Kayla offered to help us. These are 10 foot pipes and she researched the store, found them, and carried them to us! We also needed some channel drains and saw only one that had not been opened. Kayla, the ASM, offered again to help and found us the needed pieces. What a great employee!!

I purchased a washer machine, since it was my first big purchase, I am very satisfied from customer service and the two deliveries man who came for installation my washer machine. I am given 10 out of 10 points 👍.

They greeted me and my sister the moment we came in and brought us to the asile to find what we needed, also demonstrated how to use the product. Im very impressed with his customer service.

2nd time ordering carpet from this location and I live 20 miles away and pass a couple others Lowes in doing so. Great service both times. Even bought a clearance fridge for my garage. I really appreciated the help Peter and Brandon gave me. It was a great experience today.

The worst part of this Chain is how do you possibly get all the discounts with just one person, one counter and without Ron, or That Great British man that probably was A Veteran of Military Something. The Pro- Shop is excellent but only Monday thru Fridays. Other days if you drive really slowly, you see the same really amazing people fixing their own things and I am free to pick amongst all that stuff. Kinda like That old old Fort Hood place in Texas. But I prefer my Generals, majors, Ltd. GENERALS to be alive and relaxed at Home. Please 🙏 don't try too much to be like Leo Tolstoy's book. Just keep it all straight and right and left, without any drama, as my neighbor Jereen B. Likes that Peace and Quite.

Seems to have best selection of all the hardware stores in town. Large carts available. Easy in and out. Highly recommended!

This is a good location. Store is stocked and always has what I need. Customer service is good. Layout of the store is appealing to the eyes. Convenient location.

My brother and I found EVERYTHING we needed for our yards and more flowers than we needed...GREAT SALE! I LOVE this particular store because of their Customer Service!! Rodney Johnson is so helpful EVERY TIME I've been there. A few extra miles of driving is worth the smile I have when I get home.

My second home. While I find them at parity with HD on most things, I always prefer their plant nursery. Just back in again today and had another positive customer service experience.

I needed 3 of a particular sink, 1 was on the shelf and the others were in the overhead. I asked an associate to please call for someone to help me. He came with equipment and did it himself, The process only took a minute or so. I was able to get what I was looking for, and was out of there quickly without any internal discomfort. This was a pleasurable experience.

Convenient location, clean, and items are easy to locate. David in appliances was super attentive and helpful during our most recent visit. We needed to reschedule a delivery and he made it a seamless process. He was also really patient with all our questions regarding a few additional items. We appreciated his insights and recommendations. He was really knowledgeable about the products and took his time showing us our options which was great!
