Market Street

Excellent experience! The produce looked very colorful and fresh. The staff seemed very helpful. The store was fairly busy with customers but we were not bumping into people at every turn. The different selections of pre-cooked meals was excellent overall! The white fish, sausage, smoked turkey and chicken looked fresh and was tasty. Amazing job Market Street.

I don’t often come here but I should. I encountered very friendly staff in every department. A young man was smiling at me when checking out, super kid two young ladies at Starbucks inside the store. It was a treat in itself and a nice surprise.

Top of the line market. Every thing is fresh and grocery smells clean. Staff are helpful finding items when I'm on a hurry and don't want to go all over store. They have extras like a flower area, hot food and ready food area plus coffee shop.

It has been a while that I have been wanting to acknowledge Ms. Angela she check's me out M-F when I come for my lunch breaks. I cannot tell you what a breath of fresh air she is. She has always been so kind, pleasant and helpful, and caring. I have come down with recent medical issues and market street's green chili chicken soup has been a Godsend to me! It has been what I've been able to tolerate, and I love it. She greets me and knows me by name! She makes me feel welcomed, and she is a major reason I will continue to come to this PLANO Market Street (and why I signed up for rewards) !

I want to thank Jean Ellen for helping out with a gift card issue. She could've said the stores can't help and give an 800 number, but she found the right person to connect with in the region, and I appreciate her going the extra mile.

Easily one of the best grocery stores in the area (even better than HEB in my opinion!). The fresh produce is always high quality and reasonably priced. The prepared foods are sooo good, like the chicken salad, the paninis, the sushi… they also have normal brand things here and not just ultra-healthy expensive options like Whole Foods.

One of the best parts of this Market Street is the amazing employees. They truly go above and beyond to be helpful.

This is the best grocery in the Metroplex. The employees here are the nicest people I've ever met. They bring your groceries out to your car, the food selection, freshness, variety and options are wonderful. This is my new store. I made a Turkey Club with all products from here. It was delicious.

Probably made our last stop here since they took out the make-your-own salad. They also took that out at the Frisco location off of Legacy Dr and we never went back. Nice dining-in area to meet friends/family for meals. Popular with mahjong friends who we often saw playing there. All that's offered is package salads along with soups. You can ask for staff to make a salad with limited choices. Nothing like what they had before. Also small irritation is there is no sugar/sweeters at beverage station. You have to go over to Starbucks and wait in line to get them. And this week they were out of Coke Zero. In the future we will go other places for make-your-own salad. First time here in 2015.

I always get the fresh meats and vegetables regardless of price excellent store. I strongly recommend this location in Frisco.

I've been to Market Street stores in Mansfield, Colleyville, Flower Mound, Coppell, Coppell, Frisco and McKinney.

The visit experience at any of these stores is more like a 5-star tourist establishment than a grocery store!

Wow! I live in Dallas and drove to Plano JUST to see what all the hype is about. I was very impressed. They have things at Market Street I can’t get at any of the grocery stores in Dallas and their concierge desk is top notch. I ordered enough food for a party of 30 and I had to call to make sure the pricing was accurate. I love that they have EV chargers and the store was very clean. Prices were astonishingly fair and over all, I would drive 20 miles JUST to shop here. Move over Central Market!

The best meat in the town they always have wagyu, and dry-aged and Prime. Produce and Seafood everything is extremely high quality and fresh

The best customer service!! I ordered a cake for a small gathering and not only was it absolutely delicious, the bakery manager went above and beyond. I will definitely be a loyal customer.

Miss your salad bar terribly! Please please bring it back! Love your wine department.

My favorite grocery store. Wonderful people and great departments: floral, sushi and bakery!

A great store! Either this location or the one in Frisco are always my go-to for groceries. Their ready made meals are great, their 5 dollar sushi Fridays are great, and the rest of their selection is really dangerous because I always end up buying way more than I need. Not to mention it's a great place to try and find gifts! Their staff is always both attentive and agreeable, and I find myself often striking up fun conversations with them while getting checked out. I hope those kids are getting paid a lot, 'cuz it's what they deserve! And, as an added bonus, it's almost never crowded when I go, which helps a lot with my anxiety. Couldn't recommend this store more!
