Looked for Wine refrigerator and a staff walked me to aisle 44 where the Wine 18 bottle Fridgidare was located for my shopping photo and price. Next I found a 40 count pack box of 13 Gallon Glad Citrus garbage bags with attached ties that I purchased in the Garden Center after the associate lady showed me the aluminum oval raised vegetable garden container for my patio that is just right fit ! I plan to buy in September. Love and always shop Lowes’s because Lowe’s locations appear better and always leave satisfied with staff service spot on.

Lowes is great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, once you find one. Great selection. We dropped in today to look for doors. Dean was fantastic! He walked us through the whole process and spent quality time helping us understand all our options.

Man the guys at the pro are absolutely
incredible and highly knowledgeable and for
what they don't know they will get info fast.
Would highly recommend these guys to
anyone and wish they could be sent to fix

I had never been to this location in my travels. For work or in general for that matter. We've been missing out. stocked kup the the roof Its probably restock day as well! Definitely had more than expected than Depot or other locations. In pretty much all departments even. Lol

Great experience, got an awesome deal on a very good quality 7.5' Christmas tree. 700 LED lights with 8 different functions normally $229 on sale for $79.99. Plus we found everything else we needed. One of my favorite stores.

I'm really more of a Home Depot fan to be honest. However this location compared to Home Depot nearby I have to say is tempting me away from Home Depot. The garden selection is far superior. The building materials selection is actually a little bit better and definitely the pro desk is way better than the nearby Home Depot. And most importantly the employees working at this location actually knew what they were talking about a very helpful compared to the Brentwood Home Depot which I'm sad to say because again I'm more of a Home Depot fan.

I didn't have any problems, it was well stocked, and prices were what I'm used to.

This visit was 5 stars. I ordered something online, got a call within 30 minutes that order was in locker, also got email and notification that order ready. When I got there I walked up to lockers, scanned QR code, door opened, got my stuff. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

Really helpful staff. I went in not sure what to buy or how to complete my project, left with exactly what I needed and some advice to get going.

People are great when you can find them. They have everything and the prices are excellent. I have purchased, a cooktop, microwave and most recently a dishwasher and the service, delivery and installation, has been excellent. The only issue is it is difficult to find someone when you have questions or need help with something. We use the Franklin and Springhill locations and they are both very good.

I just bought flooring from there. Allison is amazing to work with. They have a new store manager, Lawrence who is making this store an incredible place to get what you need.

Normally I don’t review big box stores. They serve the purpose but have their cons.

This Lowes and the service we received from William was excellent. Clean store. Helpful team members. Great price on PitBoss with military discount. Quick check out and assistance loading. The store was busy but this crew knew how to handle the volumes.

Just completed a remodellings of my master bathroom lowes was more than accommodating to get all the things I needed and I could return the items that I did need for the job I had some special order tile that I wanted for my bathroom and it was a special order I got it in 5 days

Chuck in the Flooring department was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable in the selection process. Another Lowe’s employee from corporate made a mistake on my flooring quote AND mysteriously canceled my order days before my install date. Chuck and his manager were both very helpful with getting my project back on track and my flooring was installed quickly.

Had an amazing customer service experience with an employee named Ami at the Lowes location in Franklin, Tennessee. I was trying to find some gloves to buy again that I'd been very pleased with on a prior purchase some months before. After explaining my difficulty in finding the gloves in the store, Ami at the customer service desk was pleasant and helpful from the first moment as she said something like,  'let's go, we got this!' and happily took me from one end of the store to the other trying to find the gloves.  Although we were unsuccessful in finding the gloves, the effort she made and the time she took to help me was refreshing. I don't know if I've ever left an establishment feeling so good despite not finding the item I was looking for!

Then on July 2, 2020, I was back in the store to return an item and there were two people ahead of me in line. Ami was the only person at the return center and the first person in line had many items to return. The line of customers to return items continued to grow and she was very calm and professional continuing to help the first person, again in such a pleasant way. It seemed to relax everyone in line causing all of us waiting to find a patience I'm not sure any of us even knew we were capable of!

Over the years, I've always tried to be conscious of the importance of customer service, and consider myself somewhat in tune with what people need and desire as well as making sure everyone is happy .. but after interacting with this amazing employee, I consider myself schooled with a new lesson and appreciation for how it can be done even better.

My sincere thanks to Ami and to Lowe's for having hired her.. please do try to keep her and take care of her as I'm confident so many can learn from her sterling example as I have.

I use Lowe's a lot. I also screw up a lot. Their customer service does a great job of not hassling me for wrong purchases and incorrect sizes. I like using Lowe's.

There was a very confusing miscommunication with the store associate who took our order over the phone, but the pickup associate who brought (both) orders out to my car, Josh, was awesome! He got to the bottom of the very confusing issue and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire ordeal. As long as Lowe’s keeps hiring people like this, they’ll always be five stars!
