I usually don’t go out of my way to review a gas station or anywhere as a matter of fact, but the people here are always so nice!

Typical gas station convenience store
Tobacco products..snacks..gas..coffee beer etc. Bathrooms were clean
Counter help was cheerful and helpful
Easy in and out to main toad(cool springs blvd) and access to a good strip mall
Air for your car tires here, and a vacuum. It used to be an Exxon here
Gas is expensive here so if you are on nearby highway go south 3 more exitifmyou are going north drive into Nashville to save per gallon

I would change your hours if you’re not 24/7. It’s 4:30am on Tuesday, November 9th. There’s a staff member here but doors are locked.

Always get your receipt no matter how tired you are! Went in for toothpaste. It was pass 10pm so we had to stop there because nothing else was open. Found 0.88 ounces of travel Colgate toothpaste with the tiny toothbrush attached that everywhere else you get for about a buck. At this seven eleven, it was supposed to be four bucks and change and that's what the clerk said it would be. I was tired from the long 5+ hr drive and just wanted to go back to sleep so I skipped the receipt. Next thing I know I am charged more than $7. Even though I was still in the parking lot I couldn't do anything because I didn't ask for the receipt which I always do and I will be a pain to everyone from now on who doesn't give me the receipt. It could have been a more expensive lesson I suppose and from the other reviews, this is endemic at this particular store.

My name is Tamela DeRossett. I am a regular at 7 eleven and have been my whole life. This new boss lady named pat stares me down and is a very rude individual. She is mean. She has no smile ever. She treats me and other regular customers terribly. I would like to know how to turn in my corporate complaint. She wears her name tag upside down. She is not a face of the brand and she is running people off.

my family always uses are hyroflasks to get water and soda at convenience stores, and never have we had a problem + most people let us leave for free. but a very impolite black lady stopped us and told us we had to use their cups? and we were very kind and told her we would next time, but then she charged us 5$ for two 32oz refills.. (it's usually average 1.99 for all three of us) so i would say one of the worst experiences i've ever had in a store.

7/11 offers 3$ pizza and 20oz drink but this place never has it. Guy always says no pizza. Then take down your special. Bad business

On Sunday March 5th, at 12:30 am, I went into this 7 Eleven to get some oil after buying some coffee. For no apparent reason the girl with long brown hair behind the counter had her boyfriend or someone.. who had some sort paranoid delusion... they called Franklin police! Six Police cruisers came out. The police said they had no idea why but her and her friend wanted me off the property. Remember I am just a customer buying oil! I cannot believe 7 Eleven would hire such awful people who had their lovers up at the store harassing customers! Unbelievable...especially in Franklin. How embarrassing for 7 Eleven!

Went to this store 12/29/21 and bought lottery tickets. I get home and realized the guy shorted me 2 tickets. So I call to the store to tell him that he shorted me 2 tickets and be more careful when he’s counting tickets, so he wouldn’t make that mistake again. He got an attitude with me, got smart and hung up the phone. Called back he didn’t answer.
So I go up there and ask for manager, and number to corporate. He didn’t give neither to me. He wanted to fight, asking what I wanna do?! Saying what’s up? I told him to step outside, if he wanted to fight. This convenient store reminded me why I rarely go here. The men cashiers there always think they’re tough. Very rude, unprofessional and egotistical. That was my last time giving them my hard earned money.

Older male cashier seemed very frustrated helping a customer with lottery tickets early in the morning , not friendly at all. We decided to start going to twice daily next door to you. Service is much more pleasant

Store manager closed the store over an hour before scheduled close time. Shame on the girl with the van.

They were out of a drink were not very help or pleasant
