Employees are fantastic! Very friendly and willing to help! I Really enjoy the new checkout system. It's a self-checkout with a belt system. You check out your groceries the same way as you would with self-checkout, but the belt takes your items to a bagging station and a person at the end of the belt bags your items for you. It's very quick and efficient. Fantastic!

Conscientiously kind and good services during shopping at here. Some clerks are greeting with same smiles for years.

I’m giving the 5 star to a young man named Tristan that helped me bag my groceries. You can tell this is his first job and he takes pride in his work. The young man was respectful and very helpful. It’s really nice to see someone that is genuinely helpful these days .Good job Kroger for hiring this young man.

All Krogers have the same clean, well-stocked stores with friendly help wherever you go. They have the larger, newer versions and the smaller ones too. Larger versions have everything you might be looking for with a more "Metropolitan" feel and appearance. Smaller ones are always conveniently located. Prices can be a tad higher than Supercenters but they have good markdowns.

Love that this store keeps employees long term and I see so many familiar faces. The people running their curbside pickup are always so nice too!!

This is our "go to" grocery store. It is always clean and well staffed with very few out of stock issues. The produce department team is great. The only one I have met is Brittany and she is always very kind and helpful. I recently met the manager and he has been very visible on the sales floor lately. Thanks for all of your team's hard work Mr. Robertson! Your leadership is reflected in you team.

My go-to Kroger. Employees are always so polite and helpful and the store is clean and well stocked. The produce section is also great and fresh. I have two Kroger stores closer to me but will travel here for the better service.

I had a wonderful experience with my Kroger Pickup order last night. I have been on the search for a crock pot that was in the sale ad and couldn't find it after visiting 6 other Krogers. I placed a pickup order and it was on additional sale at the Cool Springs location and James brought it out promptly to my car with a big smile - made my night!

Today I made a Kroger click list order and it said they were out of the meat I needed for my pot roast, and didn’t offer any substitutions. I called the store to ask if they had any substitutions, and Susie answered the phone. She couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. She explained that they don’t choose a meat Substitute for you without knowing what you are making, so now that she knew what I was making she was able to talk to the butcher to get a perfect substitution! Her amazing customer service made my whole day! Thanks so much Susie!

The staff at this Kroger go above and beyond. They are always so friendly and helpful. I had one women even ask to help me carry my groceries out to the car. Regardless of the superior pricing, compared to their competitors, I make it a point to shop here.

I went to the Kroger's on Mallory lane in Coolsprings today, and there was a lady there cooking ribs outside on a grill, her name was Michelle. I would just like to say she was the nicest, friendliest, person I've ever met at this location hands down. If all Kroger's had more employees like her it would be so amazing. THANK YOU MICHELLE.

I prefer this Kroger over all the others in my area. I found some good values and at the same time, some questionable pricing. It was well stocked for a Sunday afternoon. Check out is definitely faster at this location since they staff well and have more lanes open.

Daniel and Michelle are the best. Very helpful and some of the best customer service at this location that I've seen. Always very polite and willing to help all the customer until the last minute.

I have to give a kudos to Wilma at the Customer Service Station. On 2/4/20 after one heck of a bad experience that morning at the Spring Hill Kroger. This CSR greeted me with the utmost respect, "Good morning sir how may I help you today." After informing her that I needed to get a business money order cashed. She replied, "I can DEFINITELY help you with that, just give me one minute to verify the funds." The whole time I am thinking now this is how customer service should be done. Kudos to you Wilma you just don't know how much you customer service meant to me after the morning I had.

The store was very location and cleanly! I did not happen to see, the kind gentleman that retrieves the shopping carts from the parking lot. He's always,
made my shopping experience, more pleasurable!

Great! Just wish items were marked with the price of the item and not have to decipher Kroger membership discount and try to remember what I'm suppose to pay when I complete my shopping and head to checkout. Kroger meat and produce selections as well as quality are better then our Neighborhood Publix off Fieldstone Parkway!

Awesome Kroger! I always go to this one because it's clean, the staff is very friendly, it's well lit, there's plenty of parking, and it's still affordable. Tonight came here and had trouble finding something. The guy at the front was super helpful. At first we didn't find it and I gave up, but about 5 minutes later he found me on the other side of the store holding exactly what I'd been looking for. Really appreciated the help. 🙂

I really like the lay out at this Kroger. Staff are friendly without being pushy and they have a "grab and go" for deli meats in the deli; no more waiting in line at the counter.
