Red Lobster

Love it, it was delicious. A the crab legs. Was the best I had taste. Thank you. That will be my spot from now own. I had to visit other red lobster. But his one is my best place to eat.

The food was amazing, delicious. Waitress knew the menu well. My sister and I really enjoyed our meal.

Visited the Franklin. Tn location on 02/17/23 for my wife and my Birthday and Valentines Day 💝 combined dinner. Was seated in 30 minutes and promptly brought us our drinks. Our order was correct and within a reasonable time. Everything was prepared perfectly.
Our server was Shayna N. She was very polite and professional. Kept our glasses filled and those great biscuits on the table. Could not have asked for better service. AAA +
I would love to see the return of the Potato Cheese Soup,not everyone likes the salads with the weeds in it (Romain Lettuce, purple stuff, ect..) or the other soups. It would make my visit more enjoyable.

Sorry y'all I forgot to take a photo of the delicious coconut shrimp and sweet potato meal I had but it was really excellent! Thanks to the beautiful and gracious bartender that evening, my blackberry margarita was the awesome addition to an awesome meal!

This bar is the best kept secret in Franklin. Great drinks and appetizers. Set apart from the restaurant you could fill the whole bar with your own friends.
Come and hang with Adam and/or Jordan. You will be happy you did!

Love the lobster and shrimp. Today was surf & turf! Our server was on point! He was amazing! Great food great service and great atmosphere! Try it!

Good food, excellent service. Jackson was our server and he was really good. He was also very nice and really knowledgeable about specific menu items. He took great care of my Mom and I. They have an asset with that young man on the floor. We'll definitely be back!

The service was fast and friendly. Courses came out on time. The food looked as advertised...and tasted great! I haven't been in a long time due to the terrible experience I had at a different location. Red Lobster in Franklin stands head and shoulders above any location I've been to.

I haven't eaten at a Red Lobster in a really long time. it is a little pricey but the food was tasty. The hot cheese rolls at the beginning are buttery deliciousness. We had a few shrimp platters and they were yummy.

Service here was great. We were sat quickly and our waitress makayla was excellent. Food also came out super quick.

Really like the revamp that Red Lobster did! I was very pleased about everything! Food quality, the service, the manager everything was great! I highly recommended it. there are actually a lot of options and very budget-friendly.

I took my dad for his birthday. He doesn't ask for much. To see my dad close his eyes to enjoy every bite, I felt like it was my birthday. We had the best waiter! Joseph! He was genuine. My dad(he has tremors) had dropped a piece of lobster on the floor, Joseph, came back with another small piece of lobster pieces to make my dad happy.

Despite arriving very close to closing and some understandable snafus with the special of the day the staff was very good to me and my friends and family. Thank you for taking care of us!

We went on a Tuesday around 5 pm, so it’s not busy. However, there was only one cook, so it took a super long time for food to come out (45 min). Mary Grace was our waitress and she went above and beyond to serve us. I really appreciate her service.

It was a great experience. Went there with my mom who came down from Louisiana and she loved it too. We will be back.

Great experience and great food! Have been going to this red lobster since I was a kid. I’m 29 now.

We are out of towners. This was our second visit, in 2 weeks. We had the most delicious meal. Our server, Lisa, was just the best. We had her on our first visit, and requested her today. We are moving to South Carolina next week. I explained to her that she will be a wonderful memory of Tennessee. She is so professional, kind. The perfect person for this task. She will be missed.

They were amazing. Our server was awesome, the food was great (feast plate with everything) my 1 year old ate crab shrimp and lobster :-) they also were adhering to the emergency guidelines of masks and sitting so that made it very comfortable.

I pre-ordered an order to go. Had to wait a few extra minutes but all was good.
