Jewels, Jessica and Samantha were AMAZING!! Truly, made my sister (the bride) and me feel so welcomed, seen and cared for. They made this special day feel exactly that, special. We found the perfect dress at the most amazing price thanks to these sweet ladies! :)

I found the perfect dress here! My stylist, Amber, was absolutely incredible. She listened to my wants, didn’t rush me at all, and was super knowledgeable about all things wedding dress. Every employee was so kind, and multiple of them even stopped to make kind comments. I found the veil, dress, and other accessories for a much more affordable price than I did at other shops. Absolutely recommend.

Holding tears back trying to write this review! The girls here were so supportive and nice! I had to take the groom with me because all my girlfriends and mom live out of the country but Amanda was just my dream stylist come true! She was honest, fun and just a good vibe all together

Loved the experience and loved her service!

We just ordered 2 dresses from the cool Springs Davids Bridal. Our associate Brianna was awesome! She listened really well and brought the dresses I had told her I wanted. And then she brought similar ones too. She was able to answer questions about different options for the dress and its expected arrival. We were measured to ensure the correct size. Very thorough, fast and easy. Thanks Brianna!

First time Bride and did not know what to expect!! Had such a positive experience Amanda and Tiffany were amazing throughout my entire process!! They were so patient and helpful in suggesting other dresses that I might like based on what my vision was. Not to mention they also had a fun personality and made my experience fun! My family and best friends were also very happy with them! Amber was also a sweetheart she answered all my questions and concerns. Who would’ve thought that I was going to say yes to the dress on my first Wedding Dress try on!!! Thank you ladies for helping me find the dress of my dreams!!!! Keep doing a fabulous job!!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. I was super skeptical and semi dreading the appointment with my daughter because I didn’t want someone forcing extras or things we didn’t want or couldn’t afford on us! Exact opposite…. JESSICA your are a peach! Best attitude, so friendly and helpful, fun and bubbly and made the entire experience great! She said she was seasonal but if David’s Bridal is smart they will make that girl Team Captain of the store! Don't let her get gone. If you book an appointment her ask for Jessica she will make your experience awesome. I don’t think you can go wrong here though as all the staff was insanely nice and kind. We had no intention of getting a dress last night and wanted to just try on and get and idea but Jessica was that good and our daughter had the perfect dress and it was the perfect price!

Jessie was the best consultant we could ever ask for. She made me feel comfortable and was able to make this the best day! The creative vision she had for me allowed me to find a dress that I would have never felt confident enough to choose.

Along with that, the David bridal staff was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend them for you wedding needs.

I had a very pleasant experience with Sam. She was patient and had a very soft, sweet personality that was really comforting. She listened to ideas of what I wanted and helped me narrow down the style type that best complements my body shape. Thank you for being so pleasant Sam!!!

The team at David’s Bridal at Cool Springs is so helpful & nice! Agnes in alterations was so, so sweet and personable. She is certainly a professional seamstress. Each of the girls made me feel so comfortable and gave suggestions, but didn’t overstep at all. Would recommend for sure!

I went in with an agenda to just look and had no thoughts of even buying and had a guard up already. But when greeted by my stylist Jessica I had a change of heart. She made me feel so comfortable and was so transparent. She really made the experience top tier and although she said she was seasonal… anyone would be so lucky to have her as your stylist. She truly was such a pleasure to work with!!

Sam and Rana were AMAZING!!!!! I had to come alone to try on dresses today and these ladies were hyping me up, giving me honest advice and made sure my experience was FABULOUS! As a plus size woman I was worried I wouldn’t have a great time because I wouldn’t fit in anything but Sam and Rana had me covered! I cannot express how much fun I had and look forward to coming back to work with Sam in a few weeks. Thank you ladies for making me feel beautiful and special 💋💋🥰

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They made my daughter feel like a princess. I highly recommend this store. Thank you for being so kind!!! Also, I purchased some purfume before leaving that smelled amazing. I ended up buying two bottles of the one called dream. One for me and one for my daughter. We drove all the way from Winchester TN, and it was definitely worth the drive. Thank you again!!!
An appointment was made to come back for alterations... I will post an update on how that goes.

Camilla & Kelly were super great at helping me find a bridesmaid dress, they made sure I had options and the size I needed since I didn’t know my size! I appreciate their help! Great experience!

Mickey helped out my best friend and was super sweet and knowledgeable! Knows her stuff and has a good eye. Didn't rush us at all either!

Came in today not expecting to find a dress for my daughter’s wedding, so surprised when we found one that she loved! When we initially went in Amber was helping us, and when we returned to buy the dress Camilla was very helpful to let us pick up where we left off. Thank you so much to these beautiful ladies for helping us say yes to her dress!

Amber at David’s Bridal in Franklin is a gem! She was so accommodating to my mom, my sister and me. I had a tough time choosing because there were so many gorgeous options! I ended up falling in love with a dress I didn’t even know I wanted thanks to Amber paying attention to the little details of all my favorite ones and bringing me a dress that had all the things I wanted, plus some special touches I wouldn’t have even known about if it wasn’t for her. She crafted my dream dress! She never made me feel rushed, she has the patience of a saint! Amber made it a very special experience.

SO GRATEFUL for this amazing team at David’s Bridal Cool Springs!!! We were in a serious time crunch and Sarah, Quita, and Karlie came together to make sure me and my friend had our bridesmaids dresses in time! If you want amazing customer service and need a dress and accessories ASAP…this is THE SPOT!!! 💯✨♥♥♥
