A bit frantic, but sales people willing to help with anything you need. If it is not in the store, they will order it for you and have it shipped to your home.

This store is so unlike other Chico's store. The associates are snooty and don't acknowledge your presence or offer to help you until they think you're ready to buy something. Save yourself and go to the downtown Franklin store or to the Green Hills location.

I called about an item availability in store and the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude and stopped me in mid sentence to tell me they were busy and to call back another time. I will take my business elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Chico’s! Yes they were very busy, but I have been to a much busier store with much better customer service. One lady was in the fitting room trying to get an associates attention for 20 minutes. I tried to get several clerks attention for assistance and was acknowledged then completely ignored twice!

Staff convincingly had their nose in the air. No words of assistance or encouragement. Unless you smell of money, don't bother shopping here.
