We came in interested in one car and worked with Autumn. The process was smooth and easy. She was very helpful and friendly to deal with. She even tolerated our two young energetic boys with ease! The whole process from start to finish took about 3 hours, which I felt was pretty quick. Everyone was helpful and overall it was a good car buying experience. I’d happily shop there again.

Jim Ransom was so pleasant and professional. He was very nice and great to work with, he was not pushy and he went above and beyond by staying so late to accommodate us. The Lewis fella was hilarious, great personality and great to work with as well. Tris who was the call person that I communicated with to get the appt set up was great. Ryan Storm was very professional and great at his job but I felt he was just too persistent. I was glad to finally be done. We are 100% pleased with our purchase of the Nissan truck!

This is the second car we got from Scott. We would follow him anywhere. He answers his phone every every time we call. Our car was totalled and when the insurance was done we called Scott. When we got to Mercedes-Benz of Nashville over there by the Cool springs Mall, Scott already had picked out three cars and had them lined up up front to show us. Then he showed us all the differences on the new models that we didn't have on our previous model. It was so much information but it helped us to determine what we wanted. We will follow. I recently had an extraordinary experience at the Mercedes dealership in Franklin, TN, and I felt compelled to share it with everyone. It was a challenging day with snow and rain when my windshield wiper snapped, leaving me in a difficult situation. I arrived at the dealership's service department just 12 minutes after they had closed, but that's when my incredible encounter began.

Greg Miles, who I must say is the best salesman ever, went above and beyond to help me. He immediately contacted the service manager, Steve Howard, who had already left for the day. Steve, demonstrating exceptional dedication, turned around and returned to the dealership to assist me.

Unfortunately, they didn't have the required part that evening, but their commitment to my safety was heartwarming. They offered to fix my car the next morning but were concerned about my well-being. To ensure I could safely get my son to school and myself to work the next day, they generously allowed me to borrow a car for the night. What's more, they even came to my workplace to facilitate the car switch.

I can't emphasize enough how this was the best service experience I have ever encountered. The level of care, compassion, and dedication shown by Greg Miles and Steve Howard is truly commendable. Scott was helpful courteous and patient. He came to our home to pick up our second trade-in. He absolutely was amazed to meet Paul my husband who played for the Buffalo Bills. We came into the dealership for training on the vehicle and noticed the tire pressure was off. He immediately jumped on it got it fixed and Jon the technology specialist Was very helpful and we look forward to coming back for another technology session

Update: 12/26/23- I found an issue with my car. I won't go into details, but I called Leah and she told me to come in and have it checked. Today I went back to the dealership and they agreed with my findings and fixed them at no charge to me. They truly stand behind their products and service.
