This place is easily the best car buying experience all around. Elyse and Joe are the friendliest and most welcoming people I've delt with in quit some time. They was even kind enough to stay late well after the hours in which they should have been home. I give it 5 stars because google doesn't allow 10. Amazing place

Infiniti of Cool Springs went above and beyond to get my dream car. We could not have been more pleased through the entire process. Josh Buckingham did an amazing job and was extremely thorough in training myself to operate the touch screen. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had! Joe was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable in a very unassuming way. Courteous and fast. In and out in 1 hour. As opposed to the other two dealerships I tried before Infinity. Can't express enough what a great experience it was.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Infinity of Cool Springs and was very impressed. I’m new to Infinity but I’ve quickly become a fan - the car itself is amazing but the experience was top notch. My salesperson Glen was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve dealt with many. He was so patient with me, answering all of my many questions, and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He gave me literally every option possible and really listened to what we were looking for. I’m definitely using him again on my next purchase. The warranty and service offerings on the vehicle are fantastic, combined with a great vehicle and friendly sales experience, it was a no brainer purchase for me!

I had a great experience with Infinity. My husband and I did not want to wait in the waiting room for 11/2 hours, and we did not request a courtesy car. So they had a courtesy driver take us to the mall until our vehicle was ready. They gave us a number to call to come back to pick us up. Now that is excellent service. I am so glad that I have an Infinity, I actually look forward to my next vehicle service. Thanks Infinity for being the best experience I have had.

Going to this service department is the top reason that comes to mind about being happy to have purchased an Infinity. They really do take great care of their customers here…always above and beyond. Best service department in all my years of buying cars.

My car had to be towed. A work order was completed w Infinity before the tow & was diagnosed the next day. After approval, I was able to pick up my car the following day. Excellent service and I was well cared for at all times. Really appreciate the quality of service at INFINITY of Cool Springs.

Jay Garner was absolutely amazing! He listened to everything that I said and asked for regarding my service appointment. He not only got my vehicle an in depth inspection, he took time and researched the history of my vehicle since I didn’t purchase my QX 80 at that actual dealership. He even made sure that I had a ride to and from work. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and I will be back for more service in the future.

Jackson Saxon has been my service provider the past few times that I’ve taken my truck in to the dealership in Franklin/ Cool Springs. He’s so wonderful!!! I highly recommend him for all your service needs. He got my truck in fast for an inspection due to it not starting. He had a list of what maintenance needed to be completed now and in the future. I got my vehicle repaired and back very quickly and was even rewarded with a coupon for getting service done there. I will be bringing in my vehicle to Jackson for the remaining service appointments. Thank you for making sure I had a ride to and from work as well. It’s greatly appreciated.

I love this place. Josh took the time to help find the right vehicle for me. They stayed late and made sure everything was perfect! I do tend to let regular service go but when I do it’s always great service and they care about your vehicle. From dropping it off to updating the status regularly. Infinity of cool springs is very detailed and my car is like new

I had the best experience purchasing a new car with Brenda Shelly, Glenn Burks and Keith Ertell. I took my 2019 in for service and walked away in the car I’ve wanted for over a year. The entire experience was relaxed and fun. These guys made a believer out of me. I didn’t think it was possible to get what I wanted for my trade and the numbers right on the new 2024 but they made it happen. I’m a loyal customer now and will for sure come back for my next Infiniti

My second experience here with the service department was by far better than my first experience. Coming from a Lexus I was accustomed to a superb service experience and my first visit at Infiniti left much to be desired.my second however, I my service advisor was respectable of my and my time, was given a loaner vehicle and was updated on the progress of the repair.
