Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Marcus was an excellent server, and the food was delicious. I asked him if they could add broccoli to my seafood Alfredo, and they delivered! 😁👍🏻

The sweetest server in the world- made sure we got everything we needed. So sweet, and we got a free dessert for my sister's birthday. Super filling meals- you'll need a to-go box, and an overall pleasant experience.

Things we like:
- The food is always DELICIOUS
- We always split a meal for 2. It comes with unlimited salad and breadsticks, and they even serve the meal already split in 2, on two separate plates! And it's a great amount of food. Where else can you get this much delicious, fresh food for 2 people for only ~$20?!
- We've had the Tour of Italy, Chicken Parm, Fettucine Alfredo with crispy chicken, and everything is 👌👌👌
- Bread sticks and salad are served right away
- The waiters & waitresses are friendly and always there to refill water and bring food out, but not 'over-the-top, in-your-face' friendly where it gets annoying
- We always get seated immediately
- Extra parm on anything & everything
- If you're in a rush, you can pay on the screen at the table and head out

Things that could be improved:
- It's always cold!
- It'd be awesome if they served a little bit of marinara sauce or olive oil with the breadsticks. The 'never ending dipping sauces' is a bit much

It is one of my favorite restaurants. They serve free bread sticks and a choice of soup or salad with each main course. And the dips come with never ending refills.
I love the Alfredo sauce, I call it LIQUID GOLD!! 😋😋

They serve great food options along with great service. I had ghe bread, soup, and salad. My had the tour of Italy. Both wefe great! I would recommend.

Omg the food was beyond awesome… s/o to the cook…. And my server Jennifer was beyond over the top … she is such sweetheart and has very very good customer service skills…. I have encountered a lot of servers while dining but she is who is I will never forget. She does her job well an an always make sure you have what you need and are satisfied….. I will definitely come here again …. And the food was fast ☺

Marcus my man! 1st time at this location in a few years. Looks like they had a remodel in that time frame. It looks GREAT!!! I went during lunch, took my mother there. We were greeted and seated in a timely manner. Marcus was getting alot of guests seated in his area after we were sat down and Marcus did not skip a beat. I was very impressed with his personality and his job performance. Hostess took time to answer my silly questions about the new look and was very kind. The food was great and my mother and I enjoyed our time there very much. Great job to the GM for some quality hires. Now keep your good ones happy 😉. Great job crew! Keep up the great work!

Really impressed with the quality of the food. The appetizers we ordered were delicious and our only challenge was simply having enough appetite for the ravioli carbonara! Our server Jackson was very attentive and well mannered. Looking forward to coming back soon!!

Food was great, I had the Lasagna, my wife had spaghetti eggplant, and my mother in law had the endless soup. We also enjoyed the endless salad with bread as well. The server was generous and informative on pairing of foods.

Olive Garden is one of the few restaurants where we can eat in the Cool Springs (Franklin) area and know that we will receive great food. We eat at this location at least twice a month. Today was no exception. Jacob was very nice and made sure our "to-go" order was prepared to perfection. The Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno was absolutely delicious. The Lasagna is always good. Unlike many restaurants, this Olive Garden always gives you the same size "to-go" portions you would receive if you were dining in the restaurant. Every time we eat here the food is great and we are never disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant.

First time here.The person took us to dirty table, I try to wore her that seat was dirty, she still put folks down had to point at table how dirty it was,all most walk out ,then waiter was nicer and fast. Food was great. Took my family their. Alot off food.not sure what is the deal with the young lady.may be she didn't like her job or don't like Asian. Hope not!I would still give them another chance thro

A few weeks ago we ordered dinner to go. I ordered an additional $6 take home meal in order to take to work the next day. I'm a preschool teacher and quick and easy is just what I need. We got home and realized that the take home meal was not in the bag. We called and the manager offered to give us a gift card for the trouble. He gave us a gift card for the meal and the $6 take home meal. I was so impressed with a manager actually making it right in these days. We understand things happen, and he was very apologetic.

One of my best italian restaurants in town. fresh high quality ingredients always my best dishes available. We enjoy the cozy atmosphere as a family every time. I definitely recommend going there and enjoy there exceptional food and services.

This olive garden was great. Went on Fri night and had to wait about 40 min because it was so busy but was worth it. Food was fantastic, our server was busy but did a great job and we had a great dinner.

I love their all you can eat soup and salad. They also have amazing pasta dishes.

I’ve been here several times to dine in and also for takeout. The food is great and the staff is always super kind. I’ve ordered a wide variety of food from the menu and it has all turned out well. Their desserts yall - super good too!

The service was pretty quick as I sat at the bar. The bartender was very nice & suggested the pasta. I believe it was the Shrimp Scampi, but I could be mistaken. No complaints.

I stopped in for lunch with my coworkers to celebrate my birthday. Se was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. I'm a recent turned vegan due to health complications and instead of just accepting the fact that I didn't want the birthday brownie/cake, she offered a dairy free smoothie instead and that meant a lot. I always love to come for the soup, salad, and breadsticks....it never ceases to let me down. This particular location has some great cooks and a great wait staff!
