Walgreens

I live locally and there are a ton of other locations that are technically closer to my home. However, I always have and always will drive out of my way to be a customer at this particular pharmacy location! The pharmacist, Brian and Miss Leslie are amazing and have went above and beyond for me! The pharmacy staff are great too! It's nice to go in somewhere especially a chain pharmacy and be treated like a friend or a neighbor! I realize this is probably one of the smaller Walgreens and maybe sometime you might be limited on selection but the staff make up for it! It truly is a little hidden gem among Walgreens in the area!

Staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to help you find items. Sanitary hand wash station at the entrance is great new addition. The store is well stocked,and items are a little cheaper than the same items at CVS. The store was clean... really clean!!

The Walgreen’s technical practitioner is wonderful. She is quick, efficient, helpful and patient care driven.

Lynette at this location was so helpful! I needed a watch battery so she found me tools to take my watch apart and then helped me locate what I needed. Great people!

I always love Walgreens! This one is no different!

Shaq bought me beer here one time

Was followed around the store, associate clearly saw me looking for something. Once I found what I was looking for, the associate came to the same aisle and stayed there to act as if he were looking at products. I knew this bc I kept feeling as I were being watched so when so turn to look at the gentleman he was facing towards the product and me and could feel him not move until I picked up something. When I say this was obvious it was clear, so then I proceeded to the counter to (checkout) he turned and watched me. Once I checked out I could see him through the window reflection to go about what business he was doing.

This is a little concerning. Not sure if this store has had theft but I am a working professional living in Cool Springs. Hopefully, bc I was dressed down in a causal manner, I wasn't profiled.

Would have been nice to be asked if I were looking for something, instead of me walking aimlessly around. Maybe even I could have asked also what I was looking for as well, but that doesn’t change what happened

Picked up subscription in drive thru lane. Their intercom system stinks. I could not hear him and he could not hear me It took a long time just to give each other information and there was many cars behind me.

Fix the intercom system. You employees and customers will be pleased.

I have had amazing support in the photo department every time I go. So thankful for their help, patience and kindness. Mike has helped several times and another young lady.

I called before driving to the store because we needed passport photos. I selected the photo department and no answered so I was sent to another department. No answer and sent to a third one. Then an employee answered and said no appointments need just come in. Ok our family of 4 showed up earlier today and the employee behind the front register paged that an employee is needed in photo. And then the late began. He called a second time still no luck. Then another person came in to pick up pictures and he came over and hit the bell to call a photo employee.
15 minutes since I walked in the store someone finally showed up. This was unacceptable.
She first had to reprint the other ladies photos because it was not done yet as she was promised. Then she took our photos and printed them. The process once she showed up was under 10 minutes but the wait time was ridiculous. I will not come back again to this store for photos. I will use another pharmacy. Just really sad how this store is run. At least the guy up front was helpful.

Please just hire more pharm techs. I have had fine interactions at this place but I wait way too long here every time.

Rudest people in the world. Tried to stop in on the way to work. Extremely rude women just sitting in the door way doing nothing simply said “We’re closed” and shook her head.

Spent 20 minutes in line with no help, customer service was terrible, I will never go back.

This may quite possibly be the most corrupt and rude pharmacist I have ever encountered (Kroeker). I ran out of a drug I have to take for generalized anxiety disorder 4 days before my refill date. I called my doctor to have a new script written for 4 tablets to get me to the refill date (happens rarely and have never had an issue). He personally called it in and explained reason for partial. Ms Kroeker refused to fill it causing my 3 year old and I in car (picked up from daycare) to have to call doctor back from parking lot and wait over an hour and 5 laps through drive through for her to fill it (we live 45 minutes away). My doctor was furious with her and said that he planned to report her. Not sure what became of it but her behavior and attitude was disgusting.

I have never dealt with such an unpleasant and rude pharmacist. I saw an older gentleman leave the pharmacy and as soon as he did, the pharmacist turned to her tech and made two extremely snide and derogatory comments about the elderly man. I was honestly appalled. Tearing down an elderly man to make yourself feel better speaks volumes about the pharmacist here...

This is seriously the worst experience I have EVER had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist is insanely rude and basically held my prescription hostage because she has some kind of issue with telemedicine. She was argumentative, accusatory and Walgreens has forever lost my business and I’ve been with them for years. Please do yourself a favor and choose another place to do business.
