Cool Springs Pointe

There were a few changes over the years and recently. DSW and Nike left. There's a new woodworking store. Usually visit for Best Buy, but have also visited Old Navy, Ross, Dollar Store, Kirkland, 5 and below in the past.

Nice shopping center. Good location. Plenty of parking. Several stores including a Nike Factory Store, Five Below, Old Navy, Carters/Osh Gosh, Party City, Best Buy, Ross Dress For Less, and Dollar Tree.

Great food service was a little slow due to the crowd but enjoyed the time watching the games and conversation with company.

Great store. We'll organized and friendly staff. I was looking for a TV upgrade without breaking the bank, and had a budget. The gentleman helping me kept me close to it. They had a pretty good selection of tvs not great but it was ok.

He was knowledgeable and helpful. Explained a few things I didn't understand very well.

It wasn't overly crowded.

Only down Side is I have to wait a week for the TV. But they are going to deliver it to me for free so that isn't bad.

Decent little shopping center. The entry is a little hard sometimes, but once you are in you are good. I do wish they had some better stores ,but not really their fault... I'm typically here for Dollar tree.

Wonderful place to take family or a friend. The park has beautiful trees, just peaceful. Great place to relax. They have WeFi and phone service. You can get a refrigerator in your room if requested. Only one problem like all over Tennessee the park is short of staff. However, the staff that's working is doing a fantastic job.

Good area to shop. Plenty of parking.

Dollar Tree!!!
If you need anything; go to the Dollar Tree first. If they have it, it's a dollar!!!That's amazing!
I must recommend 4 pack of the better toilet paper and diabetic moisturizer.
Its better than the expensive stuff!

Good and safe, and per usual I spent too much money at Nike and ate too much at Connors! Lol, will be back again for sure!

Huge selection of stores. Electronics with Best Buy, Apparel with Old Navy and Nike, and even hobby needs with Golf Galaxy and Party City. This place is a great alternative for when you need any of the above and don’t want to deal with the mall traffic. Plenty of parking and I haven’t had any negative interactions with people. Recommended!

Honer the manger is the best. He is so kind and respectful. He actually helped me track down a product at closing time. His customer service us amazing. Thanks for having him around. A+

Got an absolutely best deal at Best Buy! Beautiful tv cabinet for my new tv and paid LESS than anywhere else in Nashville. Store personnel very helpful in finding me what I needed and got it out of storage and loaded it into my son's car. Thank you Best Buy!

Got dragged out of the house warily to go help someone grab a computer and some gear. The staff made my worries melt away. Everyone was wearing a mask, store was neat and clean. The staff was fast and friendly.

Great shopping center. Carries most things that you need in one quick spot. If you're looking for good places to shop for kids clothing Osh Kosh/Carters and Old Navy has great selections. Ross is neater than most.

We purchased higher end appliances from the Pac Sales store within a store, and we were extremely pleased. They have the best kitchen model displays within a hundred miles. Service and delivery were top notch

Cool Springs Pointe, being the "plaza" as a whole networked unit bringing together around a dozen quality, name brand stores retail stores. Featuring the Best Buy for the area, which is the store I am specifically en route to most often. It is an awesome store among the many across the United States. I cant recall a visit for any electronics item that I expected to be there and in-stock , that was not in-fact there as expected.
The Party City store is another popular destination , with an incredibly well stocked Halloween costume selection every year.

Very happy with the friendly service and all I was looking for was in my size. That I couldn't find on my own, several staff members assisted me. Checkout was AWESOME. The young ladies were super kind and friendly!!! I'll be going back, SOON!!!
