Publix Super Market at Franklin Marketplace

Publix is a very clean and presentable store. Prices are a bit high, but they have good quality. I like the kids car carts as they make it easier to bring my young ones. Went for chicken sandwiches and sides and found what we needed. Check out was quick. Will return.

The chicken wings and sandwiches from this place are a good secret. As good as any other sandwich shop if not better. And probably the best wings you'll ever eat from a grocery store.

very organized and one of the best publix they do birthday cakes that you can choose from a catalogue and wedding cakes as well very nice customer service! I also love their milk section it shows that it have a very well maintained variety of healthy choices that not any other publix has!

Very clean store and helpful service. Had trouble locating the cheese because it was in the center of the store versus in the dairy section

What you'd expect from a public supermarket. I have found this one to be very clean, has a nice bakery and easy in and out. Pricing seems a bit higher than some of the others but it depends on the day

Like many people, we had to postpone and reschedule a wedding because of all the travel restrictions and health concerns during May 2020. We originally ordered a cake based on 150 guests. Well a year later the guest list was much smaller and the cake design had to change too. Publix Bakery was just amazing throughout the whole process! They scheduled a free cake tasting, listened to my daughter’s ideas, offered cost saving suggestions, estimated to within 8 slices how much cake we needed, baked the best tasting cake we’ve ever had, and scheduled a late delivery (on a Sunday!) so that the cake would not have to sit out too long (outdoor reception). Everything was beautiful, tasty, and fresh. Every employee we spoke with was patient, friendly, and happy for the bride and groom. You can not find a better cake at a better price anywhere!

My only problem with Publix, and it's a huge problem, is that they are not in Southern California!!!!!
As soon as we get to the Southeast, my wife is asking if we're stopping at a Publix.
Who does that for a grocery store 🤣

Really great Publix with a super friendly Team and they also have a little European Area.

This is a clean and well run grocery store. It is generally well stocked and offers good sales weekly. They can get very busy, but it is well enough staffed that the lines normally move quickly. They have their own in-store butcher department, so the meat prices seem to be more reasonable than the nearby Kroger.

I love shopping in Publix because always seems calm and clean!

So glad they updated this Publix and put a nice Manager Danielle there to make sure the staff treats you well. It's a nice experience there because of her. I hope she stays there. Store always clean and kept nice.

Went in to get a quick lunch while in the area and was greeted by a young lady offering samples of the new Vegan Philly cheese steak subs. The sub sample was so good that I immediately ordered a small one at the deli counter, even though I'm not a Vegan. Linda was so kind to make this for me, as this was a new sandwich, and she took the time and care to make sure it would be the best. We had an hour long drive home and it was good the entire way. I even had some leftover for dinner!

Love Publix... too much. Deli, salad bar, bakery, and top-shelf grocery items. I don't think there is another grocery that comes close to this quality. YUM!

I love this place!! Great location, lots of parking spaces. In a plaza with other retail stores. Good prices. Fresh produce. Very neat and clean store. The CLEANEST BATHROOM I've EVER been in. It smells AWESOME!! Staff is SUPER friendly

Great employees and pleasant shopping. Always have people to help you find what you are looking for. BOGO sales are the best. The staff will go out of their way to help you find something!

Love the convenience to the major roads of this location. Really nice front end manager and love a lot of the employees! They all have nice manners. This is a store you will not find rotten produce at. The women's bathroom is really small with two stalls, one of which makes you feel like a dog getting crate trained it's so small. They are a really busy store.
