Big Lots

Really nice store. Clean and organized. A little light on the selections compared to our home store in Michigan but still enjoyed looking around at everything. Linda at the check out was super nice and friendly and helped us do a return on an item we bought at a Big Lots in another state. She made it easy! Definitely recommend this location.

This store has undergone a major reorganization! It is clean, bright, and well organized. They now have a huge selection of home furnishings, and home goods. It’s less of the overstock, liquidation look that it has had in the past. They have a good selection of seasonal decor too at decent prices. The shelves are tidy and organized. They still carry canned/packaged food, pet supplies, hardware, toys, cosmetics/personal care, electronics, etc. The employees are friendly and helpful. If you haven’t been in a while, you should definitely go back.

Excellent customer service, clean and organized store.

Went in store expecting it to be dingy in the post. Come to my surprise the store was very clean. No items were on the floor. As well as, the staff was knowledgeable.

Mike at the Franklin Tn location turned into what had become a very unsatisfied customer situation for me to a very satisfied customer who felt heard and appreciated.

Love finding great clearance items for my beach condo!

I went shopping there, and had a pick up order. This store is always clean, the staff is always nice and helpful. I go out of my way to go to this store.

The store was clean and well stocked. They have a good selection of furniture and other household items. We were surprised at all the stuff we bought at a great price and we will be return customers!

Steven in the furniture department was great. Even though he was working open to close during the Black Friday weekend, he had great customer service with patience and a smile. After I made my purchase there was a part missing from the box. Steven did everything I’m his power to get my situation resolved before Christmas. Thank you Steven and Big Lots, Franklin TN. Always a rewarding exxperience. A nice selection of snack meats that I've come to rely on. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. While Big Lots lacks some of the big box refinement of an expensive department store, it has charm and great prices. It's comfortable to shop here. Good store, newly renovated it seems like.

This is our go-to place for just about everything. It is very close to home, and after a recent remodel it is better than ever. Managed well, good selection, great prices, and an enjoyable place to shop. A department store without the department store feel!

Great place and a fun little store to visit. They have some very solid regular items that are quite durable. If you buy furniture I HIGHLY recommend their insurance policy. Its unlikely you will need it but if you have kids like mine (who like to leap across the room like spiderman) something might break and I am happy to report they stand by their policy 100%. Great staff and were amazingly helpful with all my pruchases and even assisted me in learning how to put my claim in. Give them a chance, they did NOT disappoint me.

Big Lots presented me with a very rewarding shopping experience. I was able to find the household items that I needed, in addition to canned food items that are sometimes difficult to locate at other places where I shop. Customer service was also excellent!

The customer service at the Franklin store was awesome. Associates in the store were knowledgeable and friendly. The cashier was very friendly, recognized that I was a veteran and offered a veteran discount.

Lindsay was a wonderful help. She made everything pleasant and easy. We will shop again soon.

Had a very good experience today at Big Lots in Franklin, TN. Matt in the furniture dept helped us with our purchases and was wonderful. Would highly recommend him!
