Max' s Convenience Store #165

Stopped here down to spring break and it was a lovely experience. Clean store and nice staff!

Has new management the old Manager is no longer there, the new manager and the employee she has working is so nice , fast friendly service I would advise this store now that it's under new management !! Thanks ♡♡

It's definitely the place to go for all your random needs. Tim, the manager, Dean, the assistant manager are very friendly and helpful! Brett is extremely helpful as well! Overall, I think this is a very convenient place to go for any random needs and gas.

The Internet says that they close at 10 PM, but the creature of a lady that was “ locking up“ decided that she was so done with work that she ignored me when I asked if they were closing until the third time. She treated me like I was stupid for not knowing they are closing time even though every single one has peeled off of their window sticker so there is no other way to tell but online. None of the pumps had any receipt paper and she decided that arguing with me and belittling me was the best course of action to resolve things. I have never met an employee so willfully rude and lazy. There are at least four or five other gas stations in that small area of cool Springs alone. I would run out of gas before coming back here.

I stopped by Max's for the first time this morning and hoped it would be a good experience because I just moved very near this store and needed a daily stop store for my new driving route. Unfortunately, LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE at the counter was there to guarantee I won't stop here unless I'm so desperate it is worth speaking to what might be the world's most miserable gas station attendant. She only speaks in one word phrases and one word questions and doesn't remove her face from a Neverending scowl mixed with duck lips. I wonder if she had this same demeanor in her interview or if she found it possible to come across as pleasant for the occasion. Fire this winner or you'll lose more customers for sure.

Rudest staff I have ever seen. Only One employee working was taking her break and had locked up. I asked her politely what time the break would end so I could decide if I would wait and all she could be bothered to respond was “whenever I’m done” in the most passive aggressive way she could

Men's restroom was trashed. Paper towels overflowing trash can. Store looks like something out of the early 90s. Not very well maintained at all. Drive by this one and go to another convenience store

The woman at the counter was watching TV on her phone and seemed very annoyed I even was there. She left the show on while she checked me out. I spoke to her and she did not even respond. I mean I get it is a gas station but geez. The only reason she has that job is because they probably can’t find anyone else to work here
