Good folks working nights at this location.
Excellent selection of cappuchino flavors, with new or different ones "popping up" all the time.
Cold fountain drinks selection is insane also.

Store is well lit and exceptionally clean, making this a good and safe choice for your late night convenient store needs.

Side Note:
Be mindful of this section of Royal Oaks coming and going, the speed limit is restricted to a suspiciously low 30mph - the terrain is up and down, with active braking required in order to remain within the limit.
This, inevitably, makes this portion of Royal Oaks a popular city revenue generator.

The employees at this store are always so welcoming, energetic, and genuinely happy when I stop in for coffee some mornings. They seem to truly enjoy their workplace and care about their customers. I've even heard them call customers by their name. Always a nice start to the day.

Also, great coffee selection, including creamers, sweeteners, etc.

My mother had an appointment in Franklin and I hadn't been able to get a cup of coffee at home so we stopped in this specific Daily's/Shell Station......I was impressed. I believe I could have stayed in there all day long. There were two cashiers and others stocking and restocking fresh merchandise. The cashier I went to was very pleasant and so today, October 16, 2012 my mother is returning for another appointment and since me and the other person I was with at the time made such a big deal about the store, it's service, and its variety of hot beverages among other things...my mother wants to take a walk in as well. Perhaps this location should be an actual ROLE model for similar places. Good service and nice people are really hard to come by these days but not at this Daily's/Shell Station. GREAT work!

Great coffee. Great flavored creamers. But best of all is that the nicest people in Tennesse are working there - day and night. I stop there every time I'm in Franklin.

Good service but expensive, even for Franklin. They do have diesel though.

It’s obvious at this point that the gas stations in Franklin are gouging their customers, as of 1/9/24 they are still charging $3.59/gal for gas when other nearby communities are close to a dollar cheaper per gallon! 😡 not only are you alienating your gas customers, but now you are losing customers that would normally come in and buy something else. Pathetic cash grab, thanks for taking advantage Twice Daily!

Manager is a manchild who calls in personal favours with their friends, who are the police, on people who haven't committed any crimes.. Wouldn't do business in this location. Stay away, you may have the police called on you for zero reason if you so happen to hurt the man-child-agers feelings

9-11 calls are for emergency only! One of the workers here like to waste everyones tax dollars calling police for every dumb reason possible and feels obligated to do so because he's good friends with Sgt. Philips... Pathetic

How insane and dangerous of a person can you be, to call in a personal favor of armed goons intimidating and imprisoning young adults who hurt your feelings. The community should be wary of neighbors this vengeful and fragile.

The manager is buddy buddy with Sergeant Phillps, and will happily call his buddy to make a false report so that Sergeant Phillips and his goons can harass a couple of kids. Spend your money elsewhere!

Sells spoiled milk and rotten food. Infested with roaches and covered in mold. Avoid this place.
