Kroger

Gotta get your groceries and sundries at Kroger. Good value with 10 for 10 and the Kroger brands products too. Staff are nice and prompt. We had a hole in our dog food bag and they quickly went back and sealed it out for us. Thanks for that. Parking is not a problem. The store is clean and neat. I am a loyal customer. Also a fan of the loyalty card as you can get discounts on gas.

Good, fast, convenient. Great selection of fresh produce. Leo does a great job of keeping things restocked. Chocolate covered doughnuts are solo good- addictive. Sad is always friendly and knowledgeable. Meat department does a great job. Now that they have the dairy products delivered timely, this is my favorite grocery again.

Never have an issue here. Cashiers always available. Rarely is there a long line at checkout lanes. I've found someone to help me any time I'm in an aisle looking for something. The airstrikes are usually very clean and stocked. Fruits and vegetables always look good.

Huge Krogers. The shelves are always stocked. The store is always clean. It even has a bar!!!

This particular Kroger store is always a good experience for us. Not all Franklin TN Kroger stores (in our opinion), are as good consistently as this one. Employees here are happy and helpful, shelves are always well stocked, and checkout is a breeze.

We congratulate the local store manager(s) and the employees at this store for the quality of their employee training and positive work attitude.

My grandson and I came in to get flowers for my wife who is in the hospital. We were blessed to have Lisa from the floral department take care of us. She went above and beyond to help us and even though she had no idea of what our situation was, her kindness and lovely personality raised our spirits immeasurably. Thank you Lisa, for the help and for the smiles my grandson and I walked out with. You are amazing!

This Kroger is always very clean and the workers are always nice. Exchanges and returns are easy with the receipt. Staff is very helpful and there is a huge selection of all different kinds of items from organic to vegan to vegetarian to gluten free. Overall one of the nicest Krogers I have been in.

Always a great experience, however today mean something to me personally. My wife is eight months pregnant and was there with our toddler.

There were two lanes open in addition to the self checkouts, but her basket was too full to use those in a timely fashion so she joined the queue of 3-4 people per lane for the cashier's station. An employee named Chauncy stopped what he was doing and asked her to follow him and opened a lane for her so she didn't have to wait.

This was a small kindness, but one that means a lot to us. Thank you Kroger for hiring such exemplary employees.

This is my favorite Kroger, mostly because it’s close to my house. The bakery is the real reason I go there. Love their sweets. Particularly their banana soft loaf cookies and gourmet chocolate chip cookies. Selection is never a problem. I did see a sign recently saying they will no longer be open 24 hours starting soon but by the time you read this review that information may be very outdated.

I went in to buy sudafed from the pharmacy and I saw a patio furniture set with a really nice umbrella. I went from asking about the price to finally buying an umbrella that was actually on display. That's because the manager literally went out of her way to show me every available umbrella in the store. I also got it on sale! Then I bought some bottled water and as soon as I got to the SELF CHECK OUT, an attendant came up and helped ring them up so that I wouldn't have to take them out of the cart. I shop here quite often and always have great service but today's experience topped them all.

The phone number for this location is wrong and needs to be updated. The store itself is amazing and love all the organic food options that they have. The natural/organic section of the store has a large selection of products, much more then any of the other Kroger stores in Franklin. Love it!

Best grocery store around. Always clean, stocked, and incredibly friendly service. The cashiers and baggers are always helpful. The man who runs the flower department is also friendly and very good at what he does.

The sushi at this new Kroger is amazing. And reasonably priced, to boot. The young lady behind the counter even thanked me for buying something. I can't wait to go here all the time!

If you want grocery store sushi, this is better than everyone else's. Almost always have a spicy tuna/salmon roll for me.

This is a nice store. Its is always clean and food is always fresh. I only wish they had more kid shopping carts.

All businesses are hurting now. No one wants to work. Fast food having same problem. Be patient or get your own groceries
