Went to pick up some photos from Walgreens. I only saw one employee, so I had to wait until they were free. She was polite and got my order ready quickly. There are no issues with parking here. Aside from that, it was a routine transaction. If you get pics from Walgreens, it shouldn't be too bad. It's not too pricy, either.

I got the right prescription and only waited a bit in the drive through.

Need more staff, or automate filling medicines. Not kidding they need robots to fill prescriptions so that pharmacists are available for other activities

This location is very convenient for me, so I truly hate to leave a less than great review but here I am! On several occasions I’ve had RX’s called in to this location, and it’s always a few days before it says they will be ready. Like over the weekend or whatever. Once I said I really need this antibiotic today, and the girl said ‘let me see if we have it’ came back and said they did and to come back at 6. Husband went back at 6 and they said, oh that won’t be ready until Monday. So today, after waiting over the weekend for meds, I decided to ask, why so long? It was called in on Friday, but wasn’t ready until Monday? The very nice lady told me that they get ‘some meds’ from a ‘central location’ and that takes a couple days. I said, well I really needed them before Monday. To which she replied, oh you should have called, and we could have checked to see if we had it here in the store. What? If you have the medicine, why couldn’t you just fill the prescription? I don’t know if this is now a common practice at Walgreens, but I’m taking my business elsewhere. If I have an RX called in, I need it filled in a timely manner, and I would think that a pharmacy would automatically check if a drug is in stock or not! I shouldn’t have to call! What kind of whacky deal is going on here?!

Laura? I think was at the front - she was excellent. As I sat and waited for my meds, I saw her help person after person with genuine care. The pharmacist, however actually told her not to help a customer who they didn’t have the meds in stock for, saying “he can call around himself.” Laura told her it was for his diabetes and he needs it, to which the pharmacist said “it doesn’t matter.” The pharmacist also refused to come up and talk to me about the medication I picked up (for my pet) because “she doesn’t know anything about dogs.” Terrible customer service and people like her are the reason Walgreens keeps losing customers. I’ll go back to CVS even though it’s a further drive. STAY SWEET, LAURA. We need more people like you in customer service. Visit date 08/06 at around Noon.

I'm not sure why this store has so many issues, but it's the reason I moved all my prescriptions to the grocery store nearby. They fail to do photo cards correctly half of the times I pick them up.

Literally kept picking up the phone and saying nothing and putting me back on hold at the pharmacy. Do not use for your pharmacy.

Definitely one of the worst drive through experience I've ever encountered. The car in front of us was ahead of us for 35 minutes. A buisness as big as Walgreens should have some things in place to avoid this kind of service. For example having them come inside if the wait is longer than 10 minutes or have someone come out to their car in the front. We didn't even get our medicine filled after all of that because they said it was "out of order." No call to tell us this and we waited over 24 hours to come and pick it up... Changing our family pharmacy. I hope this reaches quality control because that's ridiculous.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. They are ALWAYS out of whatever prescription is called in. It has gotten to be RIDICULOUS. I am literally shocked when they actually fill a prescription. They don't bother to let you know if they are out for hours so in cases when time is of the essence with a medication, you're out of luck. The pharmacist acted annoyed and put out when I went to pick up my son's Tamiflu and they were out. I had waited two hours after it was called in and no one bothered to contact me. Took me hours to get it transferred and filled Same issue with my flu shot. Had appointments for myself and two kids for over a week. Drove over there and they told me that they were out. Didn't bother to call even though we had appointments. Other pharmacies actually set aside the shots for people with appointments. Workers are stressed and RUDE quite often. I have used this pharmacy for years because it is convenient and near my house but I have had it and will drive across town to avoid them from now on. I have had to complain to the store manager over rude employees in the past. One of them bit my head off when I called to see if they had gotten the prescription my child's doctor called in. I HIGHLY recommend you go ANYWHERE else.

Frequently visit this Walgreens but not anymore, I will take my business to CVS. They had a sign on their door stating 70% their holiday items. There was several slippers there in that section. Linda, my cashier, was pleasant until she called her manager since it didn't ring up with the advertised price. He called me a b!tch and it escalated to there. Linda told me his name is Huey. He certainly doesn't need to be working with the public. I contacted corporate on him. I hope other customers who have had to deal with him does as well. Goodbye Walgreens. Hello CVS!
