An excellent experience. Michael was clear on all aspects of my purchase. He even helped me figure out what the equivalent of my 13 year old mattress was so I could keep the feel I wanted. It was an easy and friendly experience.

I had a great experience shopping for a mattress with Mikey. He went above and beyond to help me find a good deal. I would recommend going here to get a mattress and I will come back in the future.

We are having family come for Fourth of July week. We were needing to buy an additional bed with very short notice. Bobby at the Sister store (close by) was very helpful and text a few options. After an hour drive from work after a long day, I came in (at Sleep Experts Garland) pretty tired and really wanting to be anywhere else. I was met with a smile from Mikey. He asked how I was doing, and how he could help me, and then waited and really listened for what I needed, including the time restraints around the request. He was professional, friendly, and helpful and after looking at a few selections, and deciding on what would work best, he got my information and quickly processed the paperwork, so I could be on my way. Great News-My bed and accessories will be delivered to my house within 24 hours of the time I walked into the door. Thank you for being friendly, professional, expedient and helpful. I will definitely come back and highly recommend!

Michael was very helpful with us making our choice for a new mattress.
He also arranged for overnight delivery which, if it happens will be great because we'll only be spending one night on the couch and recliner.

Stefano was just perfect. He took his time listening to our needs. We were set on a temperpedic but he even made sure to tell us about other options, but we still went with our original choice. Honest and customer care driven. He also gave us some tips to care for our mattress and base. We didn't feel like we were with a salesman. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.

Stefano was very knowledgeable about all of their products. He also went out of his way to solve a warranty problem I had. We went back on a separate day to purchase the mattresses. There were two paying customers ahead of us who seemed to be having problems. Stefano kept his cool and was very professional throughout the whole ordeal. This is the second purchase I have made at Sleep Experts, and I would go back again.

My wife and I went to get one mattress for a bed our daughter left after getting married. She took the mattress. We went Sleep Experts in Garland where we met Mickey. He listened to what we needed/wanted and combined both and showed us what we could use. He also helped us get everything we wanted by working the numbers to make it work. He was very polite, patient, oh and did I say patient and knowledgeable? I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a mattress.

Overall we had a great experience from the time we walked in the store and spoke with Mike who was very knowledgeable and definitely an expert as his job. All the way up until our mattress was delivered to us. The delivery guys also delivered outstanding customer services and was very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this sleep Experts.
