I’m always satisfied with the products that I get in this place, for the price it’s a good value. And they also carry some pretty good products. Customer service is superb they really take care of you, the one time I was dissatisfied with the product the manager on duty and staff certainly made it right. Check them out.

Sometimes you just need to see what stores are selling because you don't want to miss out that you can't live without. This is that kind of store. Just fun to look around

Great store with a bit of everything. My daughter absolutely loves this store. She has Autism, and all the different items grab her attention. The prices are very budget friendly. The store is easy to navigate, and the employees are all helpful and friendly.

It's not a big store but has a little bit of everything, lots of candy small toys but some items are a little bit too high but there's something for everyone. They also have individually candy that you can put in a small bag for only 10/ $1. I like that. Also workers are very friendly as well I whent there at these location only once but it's a good store if you're looking for a fast snack.

Very good place to bring the kids to shop for little toys and candy.

Yes the service was great found everything I needed but the race war that broke out in front of store made me wanna leave with the quickness

The employees greeted me as I walked in and even asked did I find everything ok. It made for such a nice experience. I noticed not all stores follow the company policies. This store showed that they understood their assignments and they had a smile on their faces while doing it. The store was busy which is to be expected but I didn't feel lost in the crowd of customers. This "Wow Team" gets my stamp of approval!!

I absolutely love this location!!!! Associates are extraordinary!!!! The entire shopping experience was superb from the initial greeting to the checkout experience. Store is clean and organized which I know is difficult to maintain on a weekend. Place was packed but we were able to checkout very quickly. ON POINT!!!!! Walked in planning to spend maybe like $20...walked out spending close to $100 and I will be back. I hate myself for not getting their names BUT these young men were putting in WORK!!!!!!

This is a great store with a large selection of items at great prices. They have big bins of Squishmellows, a seasonal focused section at the entrance, a large snack/candy area, and some decent, basic workout gear.

Best Five Below store experience so far. Super clean and organized, you can find things easily because is highly organized. Also, the check out process is easy since you don't have to wait but just do it yourself and there are several registers available. After visiting this particular store, we're not going back anywhere else! Great job, keep it up guys!

Five below is great! You can always find something there you need or want. I find and buy a bunch of my face masks and other self care items there. Of course the prices are great! It was crowded at that location but we went on a Saturday and that's to be expected. I found a few things including a shirt I wanted. I always love going to give below!

Great anime finds and good selection of snacks.

I have two boys; a 5yr old a 4 month old. This particular day I had my hands full LITERALLY. My 5yr old overly excited because he gets to spend his $10 he has been saving up for a toy and my 4 month old squirming in my hands because he’s a baby and thats what they do! I guess I looked overwhelmed lol. This very kind associate came to my rescue. Her name was AVERY. She helped my 5yr old at check out, while I attended a separate checkout line. She was personable and very patient with us. This was a great experience for my lil guy because he got to spend his own money on what he wanted, and a kind worker help him ring everything up independently.
I want to send a BIG SHOUT OUT TO AVERY!!! I live half an hour away from this location but do to her customer service I wouldn’t mind traveling. Great workers don’t come easy these days, if you have one cherish them.

The guy named Chase is just amazing. He has such a great positive attitude, lifting spirits, when I come in the store I instantly feel his vibe! This the type of people your company should look for. Genuinely happy and he's genuinely caring and friendly. That is one of the main reasons why I continue to come back to your location because of the great customer service and positive vibes this young man gives out. When I hear him training your new employees he's so friendly with them and talks to them with positive feedback.

Clean store and amazing employees.

It was my first time in a Five Below yesterday evening and I was kindly greeted at the door and asked if I needed help finding anything. Another employee also greeted a guest.

The gentleman with short, black hair working self checkout last night after 6:30pm was amazingly kind and helpful as was the other gentleman with blonde hair (afro) who assisted in letting me keep some empty boxes I needed for a move. He even guided me to the door and offered to open it for me.

They both spoke so politely and kindly as well. Working in customer service myself, much of it being years in retail, these gentleman definitely stood out. I wish I got their names, but I hope the time and day given here helps identify them and they get recognized.

Got cute Christmas trees. And at a great price. Small but for $5. Can't beat it. They had green, white and silver ones. 4ft and 6ft trees
