I was getting my laptop fixed with a simple issue and the geek squad here was extremely helpful and looked at it with no charge! Jack at Geek Squad was amazing and fixed my laptop for me when I was stressing my life over it.

Clean and organized store with helpful and kind employees.

Robert assisted me today and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient while I was deciding between an iPad and a Galaxy Tablet. I didn’t feel rushed or dumb at all.

I hope a manager sees this and gives him some kudos for his top-tier customer service.

Jorge (I think this was his name) also gave me some info on the differences between two Samsung models and was friendly.

Newer to the area. I've visited this location a few times now and have not experienced any issues. Always good service as well as their customer pickup, which was quick and easy. They always have what I need in stock.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Loved the Home theater section. I didn't know they offered toys and a full size Pac Man game machine, electric bicycles, all kinds of appliances. I came in looking for a Fitbit and left with a toaster oven/fryer. Also bought my laptop from Best Buy last summer. Very happy with the variety of things they offer.

Tons of specials on TVs and open boxes. You are looking for a tv this is the place to go.. plus they have specials on there monitors and computers.

Just purchased Cube GPS Tracker to keep an eye on location and speed of our vehicles. So far I’m loving the way it works. Has great battery life and is very accurate.

The employees at this location have always been professional and courteous. We've bought many things from them but most recently we had a pleasant experience with the appliances section. The guys went out of their way to help us locate some panels for a Samsung refrigerator and answered all of our questions without giving us any sales pitches. We appreciate the nice customer service.

I came in here a while back with my grandson so he could help me fix my iphone 13 camera screen quality and a very lovely young man by the name of Edwin on the geek team, helped us out and fixed the darn issue on this apple phone. I was at the Geek Squad on Friday to get an issue with my Laptop Camera fixed. I was helped by Camile and I am putting a 5 Star for her Professionalism and excellent Customer Service. Camile was very pleasant and very helpful and was able to help fix the issue almost immediately. I appreciate it very much Camile and thanks a bunch for all your hard work, time and efforts!
