This place is so big! And the service is great! I recommend going here if you want shoes or other sporting goods!

Today we came here to buy some tennis equipment for school tryouts. The man named Hector who works primarily in the golf section on the 2nd floor was doing some work around the 2nd floor when he came across us and asked us if we needed anything. Since we knew nothing about tennis equipment, the guy was happy to help us understand everything about the equipment and what other additional things might be helpful for us such as grip strength trainers to help prepare for tennis. With his amazing help, kindness, and empathy we were well educated on the equipment such as the different types of racquets and tennis balls and what each type is beneficial for. Though this store has a not as high rating, Hector made my experience a five star quality. I appreciate you Hector for helping me prepare for tennis tryouts and giving quality service!

Very helpful staff. Organized and clean layout. It makes it easy to find what you need and are looking for. They have a wide array of goods, which allows one to a great selection to choose from.

Tanu - the assistant manager - is very helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and help us navigate the store.

Karanvir - young man in the shoe department - was patient as we tried on multiple sizes of different shoes. He calmly assisted and answered all questions.

This is what makes a trip to a store worthwhile and something tangible, an experience you can't get online.

Came in looking to purchase new shoes for my mom since her birthday is right around the corner and she has gotten into running recently. I Wasn’t Sure which shoe was the best option for running but Christian in the footwear department helped me out and made the process quick and easy, he was very respectful and was knowledgeable on which shoes would best suit my mother. Her birthday is this weekend and I know she will more than love her new hokas.

Lady at the customer service counter was really great! Great attitude, positive, upbeat, polite and accomodating. I was able to exchange my jacket for another without a hitch!

David in the athletic shoe department was awesome! He was knowledgeable and patient and had a very pleasant way about him. He showed us 10 pair of shoes at least and wasn't bothered at all that we couldn't find a good fit. Just a really nice guy!

The curbside pickup and employees, mikah, did an awesome job helping load a bike into a car. Pleasant, professional and he went above and beyond to help. Great experience!

We ordered a kayak online for curbside pickup and Jan and Jacob were awesome and helped us so much to finding the straps we need to strap it down and showing us how to strap it down. These young men went above and beyond to help us.

I go to this location often and they almost always have sales. The tent sale I caught on Saturday netted me two pairs of soccer cleats for $32 after taxes. One was a NIKE and the other was an Under Armour pair. I always make out like a bandit from their sales events 🙂

I buy all my workout equipment here. They have very useful items here. I really like this place that i put in an application in but was turned down unfortunately but its fine lol.

Super helpful in the shoe department! I have to order the shoes I want online but they were willing to let me try on the same brand to make sure that I got the correct sizing.

It was going to be a lower score, however the employee Don saved the day! The original person helping us seemed lazy. Don had energy and found the products the other assistant said were’t in stock.

Came in to purchase basic pocket knife.
The downstairs cashier told me where to. There the sales rep gentleman helped me find what I needed.

Amazing and impressive arrangement of not just sport goods, but normal clothes and other small items not related to sports. There is a whole upstairs section where there are treadmills and different items, but most of the clothes are on the ground level.

Store was neat and clean. Staff was very professional. Hats off to Tyler at the gun counter, very knowledgeable and professional, helped me out a ton.
