Billy went way over and beyond on my SUV. He showed up promptly to pick up my vehicle and used his expertise while detailing my vehicle. It looks better than that day I bought it! Having two small children takes a toll on your vehicle now that I know about the maintenance program he offers, I will definitely be taking advantage of that to stay on top of caring for my vehicle.

I had the honor of getting my 2 cars ceramic coated and detailed by Billy and his team. He came highly recommended by many of my close friends, and I had the most amazing experience working with him as well. Billy has top notch customer service. He is prompt, friendly, and accurate. I could tell he takes his work very seriously and puts a lot of time and passion into it. He made the whole process so smooth for me. He was willing to work around my schedule and offered me a ride home, and dropped off my cars without any fee. His prices are very reasonable for how much effort he puts into your car. His work is outstanding, he only used the best products on my car. I am fully satisfied with the work Billy did on my cars and I really appreciate him for that. I highly highly recommend him!!!

I’ve had my truck a year and it gets used a lot hauling horses. Definitely gets dirty inside & out, especially with my Golden Retriever accompanying us on most adventures. I gave Billy a call after being turned down by another detailer after they saw my husband's Traverse. Our son has disabilities that have made past travel with him quite challenging. My husband's vehicle was just trashed, spills, sticky stuff, food, drinks everywhere. Billy agreed to look at it. I highly recommend Springfield's Finest! My parents and I just bought a used 2003 BMW. It had stains in the carpets, dirt and body oil in the leather and doors, and scum in it. I called the same day we got it and Billy was able to get us in 4 days later. They showed up on time and I can truly tell Billy and Robert wanted to get the car really clean. They were also very personable and friendly! 11/10 recommend!
