I came into Landmark Ford to purchase a vehicle with Jeremy Lookis. My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles with him as our salesman. He always has your best interest at heart. When things aren’t right, he makes them right. I would highly recommend Jeremy if your looking to buy a vehicle. All of the staff is amazing as well. You can’t go wrong at Landmark Ford.

I dealt with salesman, Carlos, at Landmark Ford. Carlos was very personable, assessable, and polite. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I got the best deal. I left with the car I wanted, and a car note that met my financial needs. He made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and accomplished everything in a timely manner!! Didn’t spend all day working a deal, I was in and out 😊 He also directed me to the resources I needed to settle my total loss claim, and prepared me for an alternative outcome if deemed necessary. I 100% recommend Carlos. He will tend to you and only you until you are satisfied. He is not occupied with other customers while he is making sure your needs are met. I can say that customer satisfaction is his top priority!! The financial manager that worked my deal was also AMAZING! He made sure I was satisfied as well! Overall, a great experience. Purchasing our car at Landmark could not have been any better! We drove 1.5 hours from St. Louis to look at a specific car and the wholw experience from the minute we walked in the door was smooth. Tyler was an incredible salesman, and we really felt him go above and beyond for us. You could tell he knew a lot about the cars and technology. Fred made the whole purchasing process a breeze as well, with a couple laughs in there too! We felt take care of and nothing felt high pressured in any way. Great experience! We bought a used car during all the freezing weather. It was warmed up and ready for our test drive when we arrived. Jeremy answered all our questions and was quite knowledgeable about the various versions of the vehicle. I would definitely shop at Landmark Ford again.

Purchased a 2023 F150. Jeremy Lookis was my sales associate. Jeremy was very personable and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the ins and out of the truck. Also, I felt no pressure to buy from Jeremy. He treated me with respect and courtesy. Also, I dealt with Fred in the finance office and normally when purchasing a new vehicle that is the part I dread. Fred was very professional and used no high-pressure tactics to get me to purchase extras that I didn't want. Fred made the financing an enjoyable experience.

He is very up front and honest about options, what you should do and shouldn't do. Any issues you have he makes them right immediately. I've had my new suv for a little over a month now and we are still in communication about the vehicle. He takes the time out of his day to even call you to check to make sure that everything is fine. Jeremy was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered every and all questions and knows his product really well. He walked me through the vehicle and worked with me for 2 days making sure I was set to go in my new Expedition.

Daniel was our salesman, we looked at many different vehicles, test drove them all & kept him pretty busy all day. He was very patient and helpful finding our newly purchased car. Then we got to Jordan to finalize our purchase. He answered all questions, nothing was off the table and assured us many times to ease any worries or concerns we had. If you need a new vehicle I highly recommend going and seeing Eric Rice! Came in on his off day just so he get me in a new ride cause he knew my schedule was pretty tight! The staff was super knowledgable and very friendly!
