Austin was extremely knowledgeable about the couch we had been looking at. We had been in previously and learned more about the couch after talking to him. He was very down to earth and not pushy at all. He helped us look for the perfect coffee table to match the couch and the color scheme in our house. He even walked us over to the rugs and helped carry some back so we could match a rug to the couch. We are very happy that we went in on a day he was working. I would recommend him for your furniture needs.

Joel was very helpful in helping me to find the right chair. He took the time to even go on line to help find. A chair that I wanted. Not everyone would take the time. The selection of living room furniture made it hard to make a decision. They have an amazing selection. I went in to purchase an inexpensive couch but took a look at a few different options for when my puppies are a little older. My salesperson, Austin, was very helpful. He showed me a few options and was honest about each selection. I didn’t feel pressured into a couch I didn’t want or any options I didn’t want to purchase.

Amazing customer service from everyone. The manager Austin was great to work with. He answered all my questions. Gave me space to look around with out hovering over me. Will go back again.

Being able to choose the layout and fabric for the couch was the biggest sell for me with Furniture Row and other stores. Great financing during a good sale helped too. The purchasing process was mostly painless…spending $$$ always involves some pains. Austin Karrick (Spfld IL) was responsive and helpful, getting me any numbers or configurations I requested via email. When I was in the store while he was off, staff answered any questions I had come up. I was able to complete my purchase without having to go into the store again which was very helpful. I know Austin was off work during more than one of our conversations. I appreciated that he worked w my schedule despite his. I hope I’m as happy with the delivery and actual couch as i am with the experience thus far.

We bought a power lift recliner from Justin. It was just what we wanted and in stock! He was very helpful to show us all the options available. It was a very pleasant experience!

This was the first time visiting the store. We were met by Justin, and inquired about what we were looking for in sofas. He then showed us what we were looking for and explained other options available. We purchased a sofa that met our needs and found other items that probably will eventually be purchased. The store had a very comfortable feel to it. It was a very pleasant experience.

Everybody was fantastic. We were able to get everything financed easily and everybody even stayed after hours to help us with our transactions. Super friendly employees with great prices that I would recommend to anyone!

The salesperson, Justin was very helpful and took the time to explain the differences between the quality of leather when I let him know that I had dogs. He helped me choose a couch that would stand up and last longer. I appreciated his advice in helping me make my decision.

My wife and I came in to find a table small enough for our kitchen. Our sales lady went out of her way to check for all of the options online. We ended up buying a display and they took care of all disassembly and the service was fast, and convenient. We are very happy with the table and the chairs we have to go with it!

We just stopped in to visit my daughter while she was at work (she works down at the other end in bedroom furniture). We ended up walking down to take a look at living room furniture and met the manager Justin Barker. Long story short we left purchasing an electric double reclining couch and matching recliner from him. Our experience there this evening was great. Everyone I met was kind. The process was quick and painless and we got a really nice living room set for a good price. Definitely recommend stopping here first if you are looking to buy. Thanks again.

We have received great customer service from Furniture Row! We ordered a sectional Steve Asbury. He was patient as we figured out exactly what we wanted and picked out our fabric and pillows. The sectional we ordered came today. The delivery guys were fantastic! Only one issue that came up is the factory put in one of the wrong throw pillows. Steve had it right on the order so it no fault to him or the delivery guys. I called the store right away and Joel (I think was his name) put in am ordered for replacement pillow, no questions asked. Very nice people they have working there. This was our 3rd time purchasing from furniture row and we have never had any issues.
