Brian's service, rapport and professionalism are unparalleled in the technology field. He diligently provided attention to issues that were challenging for me. Brian informed me of the latest features, tools and mechanisms to fully capitalize on AT&T's product experience. Because of representatives like Brian demonstrating great training and attention to detail I am now completely happy about the latest models and devices that AT&T has to offer.

AT&T has always been a long process so it was always a whole planned out trip. That was until today! Eric was able to help us with everything we threw at him and handled it all with confidence!
The staff has always been awesome but today was top notch! They interacted with our littles, making it easier for us to get what we needed done! 100% recommend!!

Jason was very patient in answering my many questions. He asked about how I use my phone to help me choose the right make and model. For example-with my work, I read a lot of spreadsheets on my phone so I thought I would want the 15 Max for a larger view, but after he had me try operating the phone with 1 hand, we realized my hands are too small to be able to reach across the screen with my thumb and operate it single handed. Such a small detail, but it made me realize my best option was the 15 pro! He also helped me with my screen protector and camera protector, then got me set up with all the right chargers. If you are in Springfield, IL- don’t waste your time at an At&T authorized retailer. Go to the Corporate Store on Wabash and ask for Jason!

Brian was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. When there was an issue with my ability to access changes to the account, he quickly told us how to proceed. He was attentive to me during the sale and setup of my new phone, all while keeping track of the many other customers in the store. Professional, polite, helpful. Pleasant too. HE DESERVES A RAISE!

I was having issues with my IPhone and had to stop at the AT&T store on Wabash In Springfield IL. I was helped by Brody who laid out several ways to go and helped me choose the one that made the most sense. Brody was very knowledgeable and very professional. I also talked to his manager who was so kind. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me out I appreciated it very much. Job well done!!

Brooke is one of those rare, hard to find people who would do their best to go above and beyond. I truly appreciate her kindness and assistance the day we came into the store. Thank you for being a genuine person.

S/N: I feel it would be a great idea for sellers to explain the details and functionality of a new device instead of rushing the sale. Please note that Brooke is not the person I'm referring to. Brooke is awesome. Staff, please don't assume everyone is tech savvy and truly understand how to back up their files to help prevent incidents where one may lose everything.

Broody m was the best! Was a very dissatisfied customer when I came in but left with no anxiety and piece of mind! Customer service with him was absolutely the most amazing even with my kids he was a great help thank you so much !!!

Brian was clear, concise, did not give me a salesman pitch, he wasn’t pushy at all. He helped with multiple aspects of my phone plan with a down to earth approach. Very informative and professional.

I stopped into the Wabash AT&T store to take care of several complicated transactions … Eric took care of everything I needed with ease. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I set up a new phone plan for my boyfriend and myself, as well as a purchased a new phone. Brian went above and beyond to help us get our phone plans set together and did amazing to make sure everything went smoothly. Gave phone recommendations to fit our needs, made sure we had a great experience, thanked us multiple times and welcomed us back for any future needs. Already recommended Brian to others!

Brody did an outstanding job explaining everything and getting everything set up for us. We're in our mid-60s, and even though he's a young man, he didn't treat us like we were bothersome old people. Most of the time when we have to deal with tech sales people, we feel like we're just being tolerated; we feel disrespected. Brody did not make us feel that way.

Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. He set us up with everything we needed. Manager also checked in with us to make the experience was great!!

Every single person in the shop was very courteous and professional. After working with almost every single person in the shop, over a period of weeks, Joe decided the buck stops here, and proceeded to bird dog every issue until it was resolved. This being said, it was extremely frustrating trying to get the problems resolved with the “customer service” contacts on the phone, both for me, during at least 5 hours of calls, and the store employees, as they had to call customer service. Total time to have. a land line switched to a residence 10 minutes away, (where they had to replace copper lines with fiber optics) then converted to a cell phone, then closed out (seriously, almost $100 a month for a simple flip phone service?) and the new phone returned, was almost 6 weeks, and 12 hours of telephone and in person work. I hope every one in the Wabash ATT store moves on to better career fields, like the peace corps or Secretary of State for the USA. Sincerely, Melissa Winstead Moore.

Movie is never easy but when I walked in his AT&T store in Springfield Illinois they made me grateful for being there they helped me out with my Internet service they helped me update my phone plans and order some new equipment they were courteous and most of all they were knowledgeable of what was available thank you

Brooke was awesome to work with. I am horrible at anything to do with my phone and she took her time explaining all the new features and easy ways to use my iPhone.

I originally was with USCellular, a friend of mine recently switched to AT&T and had a wonderful experience with Brody. I went in and got to work with him aswell. I discussed my frustrations with my current company and he managed to get me wonderful service, a new phone, and some goodies for around the same price I was paying for spotty service alone before. He throughly explained everything to me, and I have to admit, this is the first time I’ve left a phone store with 0 questions. I’ll be recommending Brody for as long as he’s there!

Visits the Wabash AT&T store to upgrade my phone yesterday and meet with Emily. I will never use anyone except her from now on. She is so knowledgeable and fast with the upgrade. We met with her about a month ago and she did my husbands upgrade in less than 45 minutes. She is the best!!!

Switched from TMobile to ATT. Went to Wabash Ave store. Brody was representative we worked with. Process was fast easy and simple. Thank you.
