When you have to drink water so your body can extract oxygen from it, well, sometimes you just have to go, you know, p. This Mickey D's is take out only, but you can order from the counter and drive thru has about 4 different take away windows. Looks efficient and I can hear the ching ching already.Very clean especially the rest room.

Was at the speaker and Reba came on and said hi I loved it it made my day nicest girl I have met there

Very friendly staff when at the time I was there. A lot of the staff is always new, and they all seem to have little experience. At night, they close a couple hours early because they are very short staffed. Too bad they don't get paid as hard as they work. If McDonald's paid more, they wouldn't have a staffing problem (from asking the staff).

I love the new self service kiosks! I can't wait to see them standardized.

Wait time sucked but the food was hot and fresh. The store was clean but the floor was so greasy that my feet was slipping around.

The only thing I can stay about all McDonald's is they have some good fries. They need to bring back salad. These are the only 2 things I would eat from them.

Iv gone there a few times this month, there job is not easy and they tend to be busy. I appreciate them showing up to work during the world epidemic. And if you are respectful and patient you will be taken care of.

Sky and Ashley were extremely pleasant while going through the drive thru and were very accommodating with a custom order. It is not everyday that a mcdonalds at 2 in the morning has such pleasant and well versed staff. They were quick, efficient and had wonderful customer service. Always ensure that the best employees are recognized for their hard work and service.

Best McDonald's in Springfield. They don't over burn any of their food like the others. Definitely my go to McDonald's. I love my burgers just right not burned, and that's what they do, they make them just right.

Day crew is killin iiiiit! Employees were sweet and my chicken sandwich looked great. :) I've had some not so great experiences in the evening. Mainly because of the other customers though. It is rarely the employees.

To much surprise the staff here are very friendly from the two visits I’ve made. Order your food sit down and wait they bring it to you within a couple min. They have a hostess walking around cleaning and checking on people making sure everything is ok. The service here is more then your original fast food service to say the least.

It was a great experience the food was hot and fresh and the workers were perfessonal.

Qandre was the manager on duty when I got my order back wrong. He was super nice and understanding also very good at what he does I felt like he cared and even gave me extra fries for the mistake 5/5

Brook the cashier was so friendly to us! She helped so much my wife and I who are both in wheelchairs. Helped us get anything we needed! She had the biggest smile and was there to help everyone! She is someone we really think is a awesome worker!
