Didn't love that you HAVE to pay for parking. $7 every 24 hours, but the rooms were very nice and clean. Bathroom could use an update. Make sure to ask for your cookie when you check in!

wonderful place and hotle service workers very friendly. like the size of the ballroom and other big meeting rooms. was there for suso summit today and last year. easy to navigate around the main areas.

The room was nice and comfortable, parking is convenient in the attached garage, I was just in town overnight for a meeting. I grabbed dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious, I ordered the salmon, perfectly seasoned and cooked 😋 The service was also wonderful! There was a little bit of a wait to check in because the computers were acting up. Technology, it's awesome, except for when it's not 🤷‍♀ But, the front desk staff was great when handling it, they offered every one water and a free cookie (which was pretty delicious), they also gave me a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was totally unnecessary, but much appreciated. Kudos to them for great customer service. My only complaint is that in the room, only the window shears close, not the heavy curtains, they're just decorative (at least in my room), so, the room never got dark enough (for me) to get a good night's sleep, too much street light shining through. Plus, when the sun came up at 5:30am, I was also up. I needed to be up at 6am anyways though, so not a big deal for me. Overall, it's a great place, and I'd stay there again...I'll just make sure to bring a sleep mask 😴

I travel a lot - this was an incredibly clean and comfortable hotel. Bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were spotless. Great food. Best place by far in all of Springfield!

Great location. Very clean. Absolutely yummy cookies at check in. Room was spacious. Was disappointed that the hot tub was not working, would of been nice if guests were told it was broke.

had a great time! very walkable in the downtown area. We walked to Obed and Isaacs just a few blocks away and the theatre, super convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, though the parking garage is a bit odd to drive though. we wished there were posted pool hours so we could have used it.

Loved the view the service. Looking forward to a future stay hopefully with a mini fridge!

Wonderful downtown location. Could walk to eateries and Lincolns Home. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Great security as the elevator won't go until you swipe your keycard so no worries on strangers roaming the halls. I do prefer the free breakfasts most hotels offer but the convenience of eating there is why they can charge I guess? The rooms are really nice and clean. Room for morning yoga!!

This was a really Interesting hotel..I have to remark on the kindest lady that I met today, my parking was only a dollar and so instead of my mom having to use her credit card the lady was generous enough to take her cash and open the the gate for her..

Convenient location near Lincoln house within walking distance. Bar open until 11pm fun upbeat bartender good drinks. Room clean and nice view not so much of a roof top. Service excellent.

Our room was nice, service was great. Definitely beginning to look a little dated, but it's the best downtown hotel pick in Springfield, walking distance to the Capitol.

I was a little nervous after reviewing reviews but I'm so glad I came. This hotel is AMAZING. We were able to check in earlier than expected and Ms. Darlene greeted us with cookies and amazing customer service. She/Will/Hilton even accommodated us with a special birthday request. It's a great location if you're looking to see Springfield's museums or events by walking. Convenient to alot of places. The rooms were clean. Our bathroom smells so minty. The breakfast was delicious and every staff I ran into was friendly and were to ask, "did you need anything?" The elevators are a lil old and shaky but they came fairly quickly. The pool was great!!!! I just wish we had a mini fridge in the room. Thanks Hilton! I'll be back!

This hotel is stellar!! We stay here because it's so close to Lincoln's home and Obed and Isaac's!! We stayed again overnight, February 6-7. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the rooms are beautiful.The Covid-19 precautions were above and beyond!! The door is sealed with a sticker to show the room has been cleaned!! Even the remote controls are cleaned!! Ours had a paper wrap around it to show it'd been wiped down!! The pool area was super clean and so was the gym. The women's locker room was super clean as well. We stay here pretty much once a year and they NEVER disappoint!! Only problem was the elevators; signs clearly state only two people to an elevator at a time (which obviously doesn't apply if you have children with you or the like) but a group of drunk people tried to get on with us which wasn't the hotel's fault. You get what you pay for and they're so worth the price!! Always a wonderful stay!!

We just stayed here for our wedding and our suite was awesome. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with the whole thing. The hotel certainly has ambiance! The prices were also good and everyone enjoyed their stay here. They offer valet service at a decent price, making it easy to just drop your car at the door. The cookies they hand you at check in are also delicious. The only caveat is the elevator, it's slow and you have to have a key card to operate it on certain floors which made things tricky. But it's nice to have the security I suppose. Overall, I recommend staying here!

During our annual ISBE conference; this Doubletree Hotel is the BEST location to stay!
Great food & Awesome staff to assist you in anyway possible! I recommend a visit here!

Attended a conference and was blown away by the entirely plant based, vegan delicious meals their chef prepared all weekend.

Stayed here on 12/04/21 with my wife for a Christmas party. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room we had was good size. I would like to say that it could have been cleaner though. There was water spotts on most of the Mirrors in our room. Other then that not a bad place at all and would stay here again. Also in a good location with a bar directly across the street from the hotel.

Good except we needed handicapped accessibile room and not what we got even tho it was clearly expressed when I made the reservation...this is the second time that has happened

My mother and I were in town for a Founders' Day Celebration weekend for my Sorority. We had a great time. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The sales team, AV tech team, and food service team met all of our needs and expectations to help plan our event. Banquet and restaurant food was very good. Will recommend this venue for future events.
