Excellent service & very clean inside! My son got the burger & I tried one of his onion rings- yum. I stole his fries too lol & they were so good. My pesto salmon was so good. Great baked beans. It was so cute inside. I loved it. Great outdoor area too- it was too humid that day so we sat inside. But adorable outside too.

Lively atmosphere, great food, and even better beer. I had the 6th Street Summer Shandy and Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf Sandwich with Coleslaw. Both very tasty!

One of the best fries I've ever had. I had the fish and chips for lunch, its $13. The crisp fried fish was delectable, came with the fries a slice of lemon, and the tartar sauce was just right. I was just in awe with how their fries tasted, the best one I've had alright. My son ordered Springfield's famous "Horseshoe", tasted so good. We literally finished everything on our plates. Our server, Mason was probably the only nicest staff in the restaurant. He would give recommendations if you asked. He's quick with our orders too. And there is a 3% credit card processing fee added in the receipt.

The food here was out of this world. The cheese sauce for the pretzel bites was the best i have ever had. I got the flatbread bbq and pineapple/pulled pork pizza and i literally ate the entire thing; and it probably could feed two people. It is quite loud in there and the tables are very close together. We went around 12:45pm so on the tail end of lunch.

I would highly recommend this place over and over again!

Wonderful Sunday brunch environment, love the food and the surroundings, I recommend the eggs Benedict and the mimosas!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Springfield! I love the close proximity to Lincoln's home, and the food is wonderful. The Chili Con Queso dip is a great starter, and their Horseshoes are delish! I got the Italian Beef Ponyshoe to have a smaller portion. I also love the draft selection-- they rotate the options out often. I love to stop for food when I am in town!

The food was great. You got to try the bacon wrapped meatloaf made with beef and lamb. Also the bacon, goat cheese and honey flatbed was so damn tasty.
The service was great and attentive.
Make sure you add this to your stop when passing thru.

Cozy place to go for a drink or some food. Parking it's available, but right and I'm assuming fills quickly. After talking to the waitress, I decided on the corned beef horseshoe. The flavors were good, but I couldn't even finish it, so be prepared for a good chunk of food. My wife had the fried chicken sandwich, which she said she liked, I had no room to try it. Nice beer list with some tasty options, I had the tangerine scheme.

Great food and unique beers that were a delicious addition to the experience. The food (from Mac n cheese to the lamb burger) was amazing and wish we came in the summer so we could eat outside on the patio next time. Family friendly with changing table in restroom.

Wow! We’re spending the night in Springfield and originally planned on another place. When we got there, it was just part of a big grocery store so I searched again and found Obed & Isaac’s a few miles away. We had no problem parking and the wait for a table was short. We got a flight of brews at the bar, for less than anywhere we’ve been, and took it to our table. We ordered from the appetizer selection since we weren’t too hungry. My wife had fish tacos and I went for the fish and chips. The food was delicious! The service was first class. We ate and drank for a little over $40, desert included. We will be back on our next trip through!

We were in town for an event and wanted to go out to eat on a Monday evening. In downtown Springfield not many places are open. However this place is smart and welcomes customers every night of the week. All the food was fantastic, beers were tasty and our waiter was friendly and knew his beers! Thanks for a great experience. Hope we are back in the future!

Pretty neat place, with plenty of outside seating. Inside is a bit more cozy, but while the weather is good, I would recommend to take the patio.
Food was delicious and definitely worth the wait. Now, when it comes to pricing, it is close to downtown, so do expect to pay a bit more than your typical mom's and pop's restaurant.
If you're in town, this place is worth giving it a shot.

I dined here with a group. It was clean, the music a bit loud, but they couldn't just turn it down in one room because it controlled the entire establishment. The food was amazing, I wish they had more heart healthy items. Our server checked on us regularly. I liked the idea of having a bottle of water for each table, but it was difficult for me to hold as it sweat it became slippery, but it was very nice not to have to request refills. The prices were in line with what I would expect to pay, and parking was available in the lot next to it, very convenient.

They did a great job accommodating us on short notice. Great service, food, and beer!!!!

This is a famous restaurant in Springfield. . Converted a mansion to a restaurant. . . The atmosphere is awesome and the food was so delicious . . . I tried both Horse shoe sandwich & Pony shoe sandwich. . . Both are so yummy. . . Fries are one of the best. . Then the kids tried a cheese fried sandwich and they liked it too . . More options of house brewed beer are available. Must try place if you visit Springfield. This place is situated in a street just opposite to the Lincoln house visiting center.

We've been here a number of times now, and the food is always fantastic! The horseshoe is good, especially the one with Lamb-steak. The Honey-Bacon-Goat-cheese flatbread pizza is absolutely the best things we've had. This time we tried their special, a Chicken-Bacon-Buffalo Ranch Flatbread and the Steak and Bleu Cheese Flatbread pizzas. Also good. You can't go wrong with anything here!

Great place! Food has been great with times we have come. Tonight was live music in the beer garden. Atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. Had a blast!

Hunting beer and food we stopped here. Beer was really good, flatbread pizza and quesadilla also delish. The potato cakes could have used more potato, they were a bit over-fried perhaps.

This place has some really great brews and great food. I would strongly recommend the scotch eggs if you visit. They were the best I have sampled. The staff was kind.

Was in the Springfield area and I took a while looking for a place to eat and this place caught my eye and I do not regret choosing this place one bit. Food was great! I got the pulled pork with a side of Mac n cheese and both were delicious! Customer service is also great and the place great outdoor seating but my one grievance is that there were a little many flies in the outdoor seating area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food in the Springfield area for a fair price.
