My first time here, we went out for downtown Rapid City's restaurant week. Dinner was very good, great service. Our server was knowledgeable and helped us by making recommendations.

We are from out of town. Whenever we come to Rapid we like to try new things. This time, we tried Botticelli. It is amazing. The waitress Kelsey is a peach and extremely helpful. The food was awesome. Very well cooked and had a wonderful amount of flavor. Will definitely be back and suggest this place to our family and Friends. It is a tad pricey, but for what you get it is reasonable. Portions are decent. Quality is far above par. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting.

My dinner was just amazing. I've been to other Italian restaurants and the food is so so. My dinner was not necessarily on the menu but made to order for me. Kudos to the management and the cook staff for my dinner. If you get a chance to come eat here do it.

The food and service is excellent. Just be aware that this is a very expensive restaurant. I highly recommend the Miner's Brewery, Chokecherry Brown Ale. Delicious!

Wonderful! Great food and spectacular service! It was my first time there but definitely not my last.

My wife and I ate here when we were in town for the 2006 Sturgis rally. One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever dined in and it sounds like from reading the reviews that it still is. We struck up a conversation with a woman that just happened to be the owner. She invited us into their wine room and poured us a couple of very nice red wines. We had a very nice conversation about the rally, wine, the great waitress that just served us. We had numerous glasses of excellent reds that she suggested. On our way out I asked for our tab and she comped us all our wine... Super nice, of course I reciprocated by leaving our waitress a very hefty tip which she deserved. It's been 14 years and it was still a very memorable experience. Do not miss it!!!

We had an all around fantastic visit! Felt so warm and welcoming. 4 of us each ordered different pasta dishes and all were excellent. Also, seemed like the staff was so happy to be there. Jessica was our waitress and was training Gina. They were excellent with customer service!

Wonderful meal! Wonderful service! I have been dining here for years and am always delighted with the fresh and delicious meals. The wine list is phenomenal. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu items and went the extra mile to make our experience thoroughly enjoyable!

Food and service is always good. Never had a bad experience here. Some pretty expensive dishes, but some more reasonably priced ones too so you have options. Nice wine list and good Italian beers available. Good luck getting a table on a Tuesday though, half priced wine day...

The waitress Jasmine was amazing. We forgot our credit card and she looked through our review that they give you to complete when they give you the check. And then she called our hotel to ask if we were still here and then not only did she do all that. But she waited for us to pick it up eventhough it was closing time. She was so kind, caring, sympathetic. And i think she deserves a raise.

Great, authentic Italian restaurant in downtown Rapid City. My partner and I drove in from Keystone because most restaurants are closed in the hills. It was perfect, they helped us with a wine recommendation to match our dinner selections and it was stellar. I would highly recommend if you enjoy authentic Italian and a smaller, intimate environment!

Great food! Owner/chef is clearly very talented. Celebrated our anniversary here. Aleah at Botticelli was wonderful, very personable and had phenomenal customer service. First time visit and can't wait for the next time. Halibut cheeks were delicious. Would recommend over any other downtown business.

Family was visiting and we decided to try Botticelli's. We ate outside because we had a dog with us. The atmosphere was wonderful. Service was phenomenal! Staff even brought out a dog bowl for water! We didn't even ask for it! Two of us had chicken paninis. Bread was great! Sandwich good.-had a cheese on it that we were not familiar with. Tomato bisque soup was good. My stepfather had the banana bread french toast and declared it the most delicious bread he ever had! Wonderful p!ace to eat! Will definitely go again!

Wonder service and the best pasta I've had in a long long time ! I would go back weekly if I lived close to here ! I almost ordered a meal to go home with !

My wife and I have enjoyed eating there because of all three areas above. The food has always been excellent! I cannot eat at the bigger chain restaurants because I have been spoiled here. The staff have been very approachable and attentive to our needs and continue to be friendly every time we are there. The decor is quiet and tasteful but the view of the new main street square is awesome if you want to watch people skate or play. I would highly recommend this restaurant for your next meal.

The food was tasty and service was very good. Would suggest they warm up the bread. I had chicken with artichokes and a white wine sauce and linguine huge portion. I had the appetizer shrimp in a fra diabolically sauce. Both were very tasty.

Great food and service, I was passing through for 4 days and had my first meal which was very good with a fine wine that is hard to find. I came back in two days and the waiter remember the wine and what I had two days before at which time recommended a follow up with wine which were also very good. I was impressed that the young staff was so well informed on food, wine and service.

We have had some of our best meals at this restaurant (we always get the specials rather than choose off the menu), so if you're in the area, DO check it out. They have a lovely wine selection, their servers are always knowledgeable & helpful, and the food is always cooked perfectly & prepared well. We've always had wonderful dining experiences, so if you're wondering what South Dakota has to offer by way of good food, this should be one of your go-to's when you're in town!

We were visiting Rapid City over Memorial Day weekend and were SO happy to have found this place! The food was good, but it was the service that sold us. Michelle and John were incredibly welcoming and despite having a full house, were attentive during our entire dining experience. The best part? Their patio is DOG FRIENDLY!! :) Another secret? They sell home-made kombucha. You can buy glasses with your meal, or growlers to go. The blueberry or honey/lavender ones were both delicious! I highly recommend Botticelli's if you're in Rapid City for dinner.

They just reopened after shutting down due to COVID and they are just as ready as ever to deliver a good meal. The wine menu is so vast you would be hard pressed not to find something for everyone in your group. The bread is decent, but the highlight is the bold flavor of the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. There is a great selection of food from traditional pasta to meats and, of course, desserts. Like any good Italian restaurant they have a commercial espresso machine to take care of your digestif if a glass of one of their dessert wines doesn't suit you. I have been coming here for 6 years and will continue to eat here as long as the service and food quality stay the same.
