Me and my brother tried the chicken burger meal combo at this new place and it was so good. The taste was amazing and they had the best Pepsi that you could refill. Such a great experience! Can't wait to go back! 🍔🥤😄 #Foodie #Yummy #BurgerLove

Good food as always. The cashier was friendly too! The place wasn’t that crowded compared to the one near Times Square.

Glad to see Jollibee in Times Square. The chicken joy was great as expected. The Jolly Spaghetti was how I remembered it to be and the peach mango pie was a treat. I tried the Coconut Pineapple pie but not much a fan of it. Overall the Jollibee visit was great and staff were great for giving good service and keeping the store clean.

This is one of my favorite place in fast food category! Your Spagguetti Jollibee is the best in therl world, I love it!!!

Very good chicken. Had the regular crispy chicken and it was juicy and crispy with a great flavor. The gravy was delicious as were the mashed potatoes. The French fries were good- just regular crispy fries nothing special. The mango peach pies were awesome but can be quite messy. The outside pastry was sweet and crispy goodness. Also had the spaghetti with the cheese and lil hot dog or sausage bites- very tasty. There are two piece and three piece chicken meals which come with your choice of sides. You can also order the two piece chicken and spaghetti meal. Prices are reasonable and it comes quick. Delicious for fast food. The location does not have a lot of seating only has about 8 tables total. There is a bathroom to wash your hands as you may need to if you eat in.
Will definitely go back to try the other dishes my 7 yr old said 10 out of 10 stars!

It was pretty crowded and back ordered but the limited staff did their best with a smile! Really appreciated the customer service. Food was alittle different in a good way. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent especially with the added fresh jalapeños!Good experience trying Phillipines famous Jollibee! Will be going again.

The jolly spaghetti chicken gravy combo absolutely slapped maybe don't wear a dress shirt when you go maybe I'm just not the most graceful eater ANYWAY Jollibee is fire and when they greet you they say Jolly Good Morning! 10/10 Adorable

Jollibees has a buy 1 get 1 free peach mango pie deal right now which is awesome. I got 2 pies, their spaghetti and the pineapple quencher. The pies and spaghetti were really good. However the pineapple quencher tasted watered down. The older Filipino guy was very nice, he tried offering me a new cup but it was still watered down. So he offered me a refund on my drink. I would come back :)

Hands down the best fried chicken in midtown. Incredible bang for the buck. Service was great. People are nice, they even have someone there to open the door for you! Fresh made chicken. High volume and high quality means really good chicken when you want it! The wait is not that long either. They have a small eat in area or you can take out. Highly recommend.

Great Filipino fast food joint. The selection of meals are way better than the typical burger fast food places. The staff also double checks that your order is exactly what you got before calling you to pick it up. The food tastes very good the spaghetti is a special Filipino style that is sweeter than italian style and you much try the chicken joy with rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

Looked forward to visiting Jollibee for our New York trip and they obviously didn't disappoint. The food was all as we remembered it from back in the Philippines and better. This branch did not have some of the other items they offer in other branches, but their chicken is the highlight so I was still as ecstatic.

We ordered the six piece spicy chickenjoy bucket and started salivating immediately. The chicken also came with a side of creamy gravy which was awesome.

I've heard about these restaurants as a staple abroad but was SHOCKED to see one during my visit it NYC. I made it a must-try and I'll say I wasn't disappointed in the least.

From what I've heard, Jollibee is famous for its spaghetti. So I got the spaghetti & chicken combo with a couple pies and a pineapple drink .

Don't be afraid to try something new, you never know what you'll end up loving!

My absolutely favorite place to get fried chicken. The flavor is marinated deep even to the bone marrow. Spicy is spicy and delicious. The batter is thin, delicious and crispy. Chicken is always cooked to perfection. The mango peach and coconut pineapple pies are just perfection. Even the pineapple quencher is delicious [not too sweet or tart, just perfectly balanced and indeed a good quencher]. Always worth the drive/train ride to get this. Fries are also delicious. The other menu items [my other faves are the tenders, sandwich and spaghetti] are equally delicious and well-made. They close at 10 pm on Sundays which is awesome. We went 2 days ago and even though they were 30 mins away from closing, they fried a fresh batch. Loved that service, as most places will just tell you sold out and leave it at that. Just go try it!!

Been here several times in a few months now and the chicken is still the best! We usually eat it with rice (and gravy), but you can easily pair it with their spaghetti / palabok. Can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu, my favorites are the chicken, spaghetti, palabok, peach mango pie. Too bad they nixed the breakfast menus and burgers, but it seems like a corporate wide decision since I wasn’t able to get them either in Cali or Florida.

This Philippines Fried Chicken brand never failed to try more than once, combination with chicken and spaghetti is the best choice for me.

Great location to get Fried Chicken in Manhattan! Seating can be small during peak hours, but food comes out efficiently. Recommend the spicy chickenjoy with their gravy; it's the best! Other favorites are the pineapple quencher and peach mango pie. Since it's a popular fast food from the Philippines, it can be pricy like other locations in the United States, but it'll be worth it!

I got the two chickenjoy combo one spicy and one original.

I must be more of a lightweight than a lot of the reviewers because it was spicy enough for me! Maybe like Sriracha level. The chicken was hot and crispy and really good.

I feel like for what I paid it was a great value. I didn't care for the gravy, to me it tastes like ramen broth. The spaghetti was okay, but sickly sweet for me. But honestly I would go for the chicken and fries!

The service is fantastic, I was greeted politely and someone was always around to keep the tables and floor clean.

I went on a Thursday around 2:30pm and there were plenty of free tables and not overly busy.

I went this place for the first time with my wife last Friday and the chicken was amazing it taste so well I see why this restaurant is popular. I would love one in Westchester. My only thing I did not like is the fact that it was so small, but since it’s in New York City, I could give that a pass. I would love one in Westchester. Hopefully they can make that happen.
