Brooklyn Fare

Brooklyn Fare is impressive for its large selection, which it crams into a somewhat small space. The store has many choices across categories, including household supplies and bath/beauty in addition to produce, bakery, canned food, cheese, beer, and international and gourmet products. When I wanted to make fried chicken, I searched the whole neighborhood and finally found buttermilk here. The selection isn’t as wide for meat. Prices: not low. The layout is a bit crazy and sometimes cramped, but that helps make this Manhattan location of Brooklyn Fare unique and full of character.

Very nice this grocery store. Has so many items and fresh everything. Staff is very kind and are always willing to help you! Online shopping and delivery is also super easy ….

I LOVE Brooklyn Fare. They now supply LLOYDS FAMOUS CARROT CAKE. My daughter and I live this as we are from the Virgin Islands and this reminds us of home. ( even though I wish they would start carrying the strawberry flavored as well). The prices are good and similar to Western Beef the previous store. And always clean and friendly. I may sound partial but for them having that cake available means THE WORLD to us. Thank you to the team at Brooklyn Fare West End location… stay awesome!

This store is huge and they carry nearly everything. They have your regular brand items and they have most specialty items too.
Lots of selection in many areas, international cuisine, produce, meats, fish, cheeses, bread's, it's really a good spot.

Great location in Hudson yards neighborhood. The establishment is very spacious. They have a variety of so many things in this supermarket. They carry different brands in a lot of varieties. Cleaning supplies, pets food is just part of their varieties. They have a deli in the inside. Pre made food as well. The customer service was quick and efficient. Big selection of gourmet food. I totally recommend this supermarket. Handicap accessible entrance.

Everytime I come to this place-- I feel the love and the vibes because of the customer service!! I am now a regular ha-ha. I work in the area and I just want to acknowledge Steven from the Deli department and Edwin also for always caring for us customers and putting in love into what they do! The food is always good and fresh! I also want to shout out the ladies in the coffee/tea section with the cupcakes. ALWAYS a huge smile on their face when I come in and again, delivery with love. We visited Brooklyn Fare to celebrate our anniversary. It did not disappoint. Actually, it exceeded our expectations. The chef graciously walked the small dining room before the meal and greeted most of the guests. This 3 star Michelin restaurant is small and legit inside a grocery store. But when you see the hostess you know you made it. The service was impeccable, yet non intrusive. Each dish perfectly prepared, presented, and explained. The add-on wine pairing is a must and each wine clearly selected with a purpose. You’re instructed on how to eat each dish (trust me, when they tell you to enjoy it in one bite then take it in one bite. They know 😊) and each dish is better than the last. This Is a great restaurant that lives up to the expectations. Highly recommended.

I wanted to have a fine daily market instead of convenience store near the hotel, but this place was just right. I was a bit annoying to go to the Whole Food Market. The fruits were quite fresh, there was also squeezed fresh orange juice, and there were quite a variety of vegetables, well-arranged meat, seafood, warmly cooked foods, salads, various ingredients, industrial products, drinks, alcoholic beverages... I could see people who residences nearby come to buy things they need to cook.

Favorite grocery store in the neighborhood. They manage to fit everything you could possibly need into a small space, and it's well organized and maintained. Excellent produce and cheese selection, and great sales. Their made to order deli sandwiches are awesome too.

Very nice Gourmet supermarket. It is not huge, but it has everything. Very clean and food fresh. The hot food is delicious and seasoned well. Variety is great. Chefs are wonderful and helpful. I live 10mil north of Supermarket, but whenever I'm in the area, I must stop. Reasonably prices for area. Great price for quality of food.

The Greenwich Street Brooklyn Fare is the best market in the neighborhood. Produce is fresh and plentiful, sales are great and the senior discount every Thursday makes shopping at Brooklyn Fare a great way to save on groceries. Also, workers are always so helpful and knowledgeable about products.

Brooklyn Fare is always clean, neat and tidy. Each one that I have been in seems to have tight slim aisles and is awkwardly shaped based on the space purchased.
Prices are kind of high to me but variety of items and quality and locations justifies the cost.

The STAFF is Wonderful. Friendly. knowledgeable, and available to assist you no matter what time of the day! I stopped going to many restaurants because the food from the deli is absolutely delicious! Wide Variety! Sumptuous. Miss the credit given towards purchases....Liked the discount after buying a lot of food.

I went to Brooklyn Fare to buy a carrot cake for my boyfriend's birthday. They were out of the larger ones, but Mike at the bakery counter made a few phone calls, and got one delivered to the store within 48 hours! I really appreciate how he went out of his way to get that cake for me. Thanks Mike!

Great grocery oasis - good quality and great variety of products. Staff is always kind and available to listen and advise (as needed). Every time i go i find a piece of home in it. Thanks

Clean and attractive store, attentive staff, beautiful produce, cakes made on premises, fair prices. What is not to love?

I do the bulk of my weekly food shopping here. Prices are good and the produce is super fresh. There are store specials that make shopping these items great values. The variety of choice is amazing. Shopping day's dinner is always a roasted chicken and two of the deli vegetable sides. I've lived in Hells Kitchen 20+ years but only found Brooklyn Fare tucked on w37th St a few years ago.
