We enjoy having this store right next to the Uniform store because all good uniforms need to include comfortable shoes. As such, Graceful Touch massage therapy appreciates what they provide in the way of foot comfort and relief. We are standing on our feet for hours on end daily. The last thing we want to go home to at the end of each day is sore feet. Sole Mate takes care of us nicely in that exact way.

I had such amazing customer service here. They recognized me right away when I walked in again with bad stitching on one of the boots I bought almost a month prior. They asked no questions, fixed my boots, and returned them to me in such a short time. They sell good products, have excellent customer service, and are always in such great moods.

Don't let the outside of this building fool you-there's a whole ton of trendy and classic comfortable styles inside with amazing hometown customer service! They deliver for free within Rapid City and go out of their way to try to find your size if they don't have it. Returns are a breeze and their Semi-Annual Sale...I almost didn't mention it so it could still be my secret! They have cute, reasonably priced handbags and SOCKWELL SOCKS!!! Just go there already but save me some size 7's!

Wonderful selection of stylish, comfortable, quality shoes. The sales lady was very helpful and friendly. Will shop there again! They also carry SockWell support socks. High quality, long lasting socks.

The one gal there was very helpful, listened to what I wanted and got me the right fit. I feel bad that I didn't get her name. But I would highly recommend this place. They know their stuff and have great customer service.

Very friendly staff and lots of styles... For women.
This is a women's shoes store, they have about 5 pairs of men's shoes.
Again, very nice store, location and staff.
