Luca Music and Larry Brown are the best. Larry went out of his way to find me a hard to get Yamaha AvantGrand N1X. It arrived in pristine condition, and the delivery was seamless. I can't be happier.

My 30-something year old Yamaha CLP-12 suddenly stopped working. I’ve had many years of enjoyment with it. I was looking for a replacement. I contacted Luca Music in North Providence, RI. The owner, Larry Brown, was so polite, friendly, and sincere I cancelled an online order I placed with another vendor and ordered from him. He arrived, the next day, with a P-125, as a complementary loaner while I waited for my CVP-701 to arrive from the west coast. The day it arrived Larry called me to arrange for delivery. I love the instrument, the service was outstanding. Larry contacted me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Dealing with Luca Music was a great pleasure. I would be happy to work with them again.

I can't say enough about how well we were treated. I called for advice about moving our piano. It's a large upright, and we had had trouble finding someone interested in helping us. We spoke to Larry and he was SO helpful and accommodating. He helped us find an excellent mover on very short notice. The level of service was just wonderful. We'll be asking for a tuning soon!

My experience with Luca music was very positive. We talked to Larry, the owner, and his son Jordan. Both of them are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. The quote given by Luca Music was fair and better than all other dealers.

In the past 2 weeks, I have visited 6 dealers in 2 states multiple times to buy my new piano. And Luca is definitely the best dealers in New England. I want to spend my time to write a positive review for Luca is partially because I had terrible experience in other dealers. Here are some experience I had with other dealers:
(1) In one dealer, a salesperson tried to sell me a rebuilt piano with Steinway D case. They told me that the piano uses better part than the parts used in Steinway factory. Days later when I went back the same dealer, another salesperson tried to sell me a Steinway M. They played that piano and the rebuilt D and told me that the M is much better than D because the rebuilt D has inferior parts.
(2) In a Kawai dealer, the salesperson showed me a Kawai action with plastic parts. They insisted that the action use "carbon fiber" and not plastics.
(3) In another Yamaha dealer, I was playing in their showroom for more than half an hour trying to decide whether to buy a C2X or C3X. The owner got inpatient and questions us why we couldn't make our decision yet. After the visit, when we ask him whether they can lower the price a little bit, the owner rudely said I was ignorant and knew nothing about piano business.
(4) In the third Yamaha dealer I visited, the owner quote a price that's more than 75% higher than the quote given by Luca music,

Anyway, if you want to avoid this kind of hazards. You should try Luca music.

Larry is a true gentleman who cares about pianos whether they belong to him or to you. Completely honest person.
