Sweetest Jamaican man works nights at the cash register. Cute store, has literally everything you need. (First aid stuff, drinks, foods on shelves and fridge). Clean and open late night hours. Very convenient. Prices didn't bother me but I'm from NYC so I'm used to it.

I do a fair portion of the renovations and maintenance performed on the property and have had the pleasure of working with Jay the owner his fair and trustworthy you definitely get the five star in my book

Very friendly clerk and prices were fair considering its in the most touristy spot of the most touristy city in the state.

Avoid at all costs! This place is the biggest ripoff I’ve ever encountered. Ended up paying $13.44 for a tube of toothpaste when the sticker price said $4.49. The rude associate changed her story three times when confronted about the piece being wrong going from “that’s how much it costs” to “the old employees didn’t change the prices” and finishing with “it’s Newport and we’re the only convenience store”. The sticker price deliberately said $13.44 per lb which we obviously did not get in a singular tube of toothpaste. What alarmed me the most was the blatant incompetence and scarily unstable associates running the store. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Price gouging at its best. The customer in front of me paid $9.00 for a toothbrush. I got a pack of smokes for 16 dollars!!! I told the associate what a rip off. I did get lottery tickets and said, that God thats a set price. If you can avoid this place PLEASE DO

Items could not be more overpriced here. Plus they try to get away with $0.75 charge when you use a credit card. Don't give them your business. Go up around the corner to the 7-11.

This place sucks, don’t answer their phone and the prices are outrageous

This place is the biggest trap. $20 for 3 bottles of water and a bag of chips. Beware!

I’ll pay double the normal price for goods because it’s a tourist spot but when you hit me for the 75 cents extra on ALL credit card purchases it just pisses me off

Be sure to count your change if you pay in cash…. Especially if it’s late.
