Great little store. Was able to find Cholula and (off-brand) siracha! They have unlimited paper bags and all you'd expect to find at a Albertson's stores: signature cookies, a hot deli, and excellent selection of off brand carbonated, sugar free beverages

My first time shopping in Shaws in years! By far the best when it comes to fresh produce and having basic essentials all in STOCK. I can't stand going to 5 different stores in one day just because they have part of what you need for dinner. The workers were friendly lines can be backed up when checking out but it moves quickly.

Always like Shaws! Store employees are the best, helpful, friendly, and courteous.

Shaws has the best meat and produce department on the island. Friendly staff, very helpful. So much nicer than stop and shop. The store is always very clean. Great place to shop for groceries. A bit pricey on some items, but overall a great place to shop. More cashiers available for checkout.

It is quite fresh and arranged well. Also, I enjoy buying many great cuts of meats, too. Everyone is polite and helpful there!

I love the produce section. Everything is fresh and nicely displayed. Shaw's has a nice variety of ethnic foods and the bakery is purely sinful. The fish and meat department is fantastic.

For an outer stator it's a good grocery store near my hotel staff was friendly helpful pointed me and directions of items and things I needed cost was fair.

I'm a big fan of customer service and Shaw's gave me very good customer service when I visited Rhode Island recently. Additionally, I love the size of their Middletown store. They have a great selection of merchandise, yet I don't feel lost. After a couple visits I was finding my way around quite well.

Found hard to find mincemeat pie filling in abundance, and it was on sale!! Lots of sales on things I needed, saving almost 40% of my bill! They are working hard to keep shelves full this holiday week.

Had the honor of having Store Manager Steve do the bagging for us. Great store always meet and clean. Shows great management when they hit the floor. Keep it up. Bob

I am a person unfamiliar with "apps" & other modern smartphone features. One of the cashiers took the time to explain the Shaws (quite useful!) App to me, which allows you to electronically "clip" the various digital coupons, which often saves me a lot, typically $40/visit!

But not only that, Shaws is quick to give out "rainchecks" for any sold out weekly specials, & do so with a good attitude.

That sort of customer svc keeps me coming back...

Shaw’s has consistently had almost all of the items, I shop for weekly, throughout the whole 2 year pandemic.

I have found the Shaw’s managers and Shaw’s department employees to be helpful, patient, and friendly to customers.

Shaw’s has done a great job to keep their store COVID safe for shopping and to ensure that their staff remain healthy to serve their customers.

My shopping experience at Shaw’s is five stars.

They have lobster sell today, $7.99 per pound. We got 3 live lobsters, and they can steam for you. Less than $40, 3 fresh lobsters, very delicious, much better and cheaper than a seafood restaurant.

Haven't been in years. Their redesign has made the store look great. Helpful employees and a broad selection (even cool things like gochujang!).

The best prices that we can find near Newport. Sales are excellent, especially if you catch one in the meat department. Not sure if Wednesday or Friday is the best day for sales, but I recall it to be one of those days. Clean, well stocked and yes, pleanty of parking. CVS is in the same plaza.

This local grocery chain has the best employees ~ Margaret is exceptional is really good at her job. Percey is also on this list!

Victor makes your produce department. No offense Shaws...while your produce in 99.8% always fresh, I've seen better produce departments in other competitiors. What do those competitors lack? A knowledgeable, personable, & attentive produce employee who NEVER fails to assist above and beyond. Thanks for making my job infinitely easier Victor.

My favourite place to get my shopping done! Freshest veggies, wonderfully baked breads, friendliest deli, and they make a delicious sushi I can just grab and go! Fantastic selection, great prices!
