Love this store lot of great deals

I love this stop and shop. The employees are awesome! Every department has helped me in some way. The pharmacist helped me find the right vitamins for my son. The gentleman that brings the carts in has helped me unload my bags into my car. I have a bunch of examples of how they are so great there!

After the remodel they have everything and anything you could want!!

I have to use the customer pick up service and I can't say thank you enough! The staff is always so helpful and kind! The website can be a little slow at times but I recommend and appreciate this service for those of us who need it.

Want to thank the Management and Staff for organizing the use of the store during the Virus Crisis. My wife was explaining it to me and I was impressed. Thank You for keeping her safe as she shops in this trying time.

I enjoy shopping at the store. The handheld device makes shopping and packing faster and easy. Self service checkout was also easy and the coupon collection had been improved. The produce and fish are also fresh. I still prefer the bakery at the Bellevue Ave location.

Great selection of fresh vegetables, friendly deli department with a wide selection of grab and go food, and wonderfully baked goods in the bakery. Always clean, easy to get around, and well stocked.

Outstanding service by both Judy at the service desk and Juan. I had lost my wallet and when I called the store Judy checked at the aisle where I paid and found no wallet. She then enlisted the help of Juan, who left the building and searched the parking lot and deposited carts. Success. Juan found the wallet and returned it to Judy who then contacted me with the good news. Thank you both for all you did to help me resolve my problem. Susan Niazy

Stop & Shop is always great in Middletown. I was a little disappointed that Citizens Bank was not open and didn't have an ATM available but that was only due to construction. Still a great place to shop!!

An employee went out of his way to help me find one last item I needed. Great customer service.

The store is clean and well stocked. The bakery items are always fresh. This store is a little bit smaller than most stores.

Had a minor issue with my pick up order. Not only was the issue fixed but the staff and management staff went above and beyond to take care of me and were beyond apologetic for the issue.

Was able to locate items went in for in good time. Pleasant employees, clean store.

Pharmacists are greatest ever, on top of it Always have multiple scrips ready to go with a smile. The store 5 star for sure.

This is a well run store. Plenty of stock always. And friendly employees.
