Good selection of locally made ice cream very generous servings. There were other food offerings which we didn’t have a chance to try. Service was great, team was dressed in uniform very clean.

Phenomonal job by the staff at Newport Creamery!! We had desserts only. They were very well portioned and very delicious. Our waitress, Lesa, was juggling multiple customers and did an excellent job. It was slightly busy, so a slight wait for a table but not a problem. Lesa was excellent, accurate, friendly and professional. The manager on duty was excellent and professional. The staff had an unfortunate "dine and dash" incident involving several teens and the Manager handled it professionally. Highly recommended!

My friends told me about the Awful Awful Milkshake, and I knew I had to have one. I had the bourbon caramel flavored one, and it was delicious! My Vermonster sandwich was amazing too. I took the second half home and it made for amazing leftovers. The servers were all very friendly and polite, even when we were acting very silly.

This creamery came highly recommended by locals and were happy we came here. The food was very reasonably priced and cooked perfectly. We ordered the stuffed French toast with strawberry cream cheese filling to share and a I got the creamy breakfast sandwich on the Portuguese sweet bread. Probably one of my favorite breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had.

Have eaten here several times now, we always get good service, and the staff is always super friendly, even when my toddler knocks over a whole cup of water… 😬

I just LOVE Newport Creamery. I always get the Newport Creamery Burger on toast... absolutely delicious. My server was kind and very attentive to our needs.

Had a lovely lunch and dessert. Fun creative food for the whole family. It reminded me of an Adult Friendlys with better food! The menu has appetizers, lite fair, burgers chicken sandwiches chicken fingers burgers made on a waffle the best grilled cheese I've ever had. I recommend the Classic or the Vermontster It is served on sourdough bread pressed on a waffle iron to give it a fun look. My husband had the crunchy burger It was a cheeseburger with mozzarella sticks on it and he loved it. For dessert, we had vanilla ice cream with peanut butter sauce hot fudge and Reecepieces it was Devine!! All reasonably priced options and the staff was great. Very attentive always checking on us quick with refills very friendly. We went twice in our 3 day stay we enjoyed it that much.

This is great local restaurant to dine in Delicious abundant food choices. Great, friendly customer service. Good amount of parking outside and ample seating inside. The Jr. Awful Awful Oreo milkshake is scrumptious😋The BCT grilled cheese is also delicious. I will definitely come back to eat here again.

Absolutely wonderful. Timeless. Great food. Great ice cream. Hope they never go away. Every trip to Newport I stop in.

They had a variety of flavors, the queue was long but it was worth the wait. the ice cream is tasty, I hope to come back one day to try more.

This is a must do if you're in Newport, RI. The Aweful Aweful is a Newport tradition. The food is really more than just your usual burgers and fries. They have a wide variety of food and it's all delicious.

Perfect spot for some classic sweet treats. Diner vibe and laid back atmosphere. Ice cream was great.

I've never had an awful awful before and this one was the best. Had the coffee flavor. Definitely a great dessert. The staff and customers were friendly (as they should be at an ice cream stand). Also had frozen pudding and butter crunch or something like that. All were good.

Great lunch and Ice cream place! They offer sweet potato fries with their bacon burgers, which is a plus. Servers were friendly and helpful. Family Friendly!!

Had the Breakfast BLAT. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and an egg on toast. It was great and the egg was cooked perfectly medium as requested.

Also tried the hot fudge banana sundae with cashew caramel turtle ice cream as suggested. Ice cream recommended was excellent!

Great family restaurant on the island. Huge portions, great prices. Amazingly courteous staff. Ample parking. Best ice cream on the island!

The Newport Creamery reminds me of an old Midwest diner in the 1950s. While this place is a small-scale chain, given the fact that there are four or five locations in Rhode Island and neighboring Massachusetts, this is largely a locals joint. I only ate here for breakfast, but the pancakes are amazing and the eggs, omelets, and French Toast are all superb! The staff is very friendly and there is always more than enough parking spaces regardless of the day and time.

Perfect diner for any time of the day. Our waitress was great and we felt right at home.

Wonderful fresh ice cream . Good service . Takeout window outside. We ate inside at the bar m. We had a lovely waitress. Quick-service . Ice cream was brought within a few minutes!
