Thanks Home Depot Middletown! Another great first Saturday of the month Kids Workshop. Super activity for a cold, snowy/rainy day. Grand kids made a "Clock Tray" while Nana got plants for a fairy garden.

Just bought the coolest plant from this Home Depot. Very healthy and well cared for. Store is very clean and employees very polite and helpful.

My wife and I would like to give a big shout out to Al Piccola for his very kind and helpful customer service when we were choosing our carpets. Wish there were more people like him working with people. He is very friendly, and has a great sense of humor.

This place has it cool, staff is super laid back, but also extremely eager to help you find something, the lumber for the most part is straight, the hand tool selection is enormous but overall the store and bathrooms are extremely clean.

This location is great. The staff are always available and friendly and don’t make you feel like an idiot for asking for help finding something. Every time I stop in I have to find something but don’t even know what it’s called. They must train their people in charades to be able to guess what the hell “normal people” are looking for in a hardware store. One thing I’ve found especially helpful is the app. You can search for what you need ahead of time and it will show you on a map layout of the store where the item is.

Met this venerable gentleman named Dave today at the Middletown site. I had this home project where I needed to assess if the beams in my basement could support gymnastic rings and banana bag. He was very clear, concise, and knowledgeable explaining all of the steps towards the installation process and what specific type of beam to install it on. And even offered to have me bring in the product to have him assess exactly what tools I may need or how to install it. Great guy, and gave me peace of mind on my home project.

Perfect place to buy things for little or big home improvements. Also like checking out the Clearance section

Second time at the Middletown store.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and unfortunately they didn't have the type of drawer pulls we were looking for. We know that they are from the 50's we were looking for something close in appearance.

It has changed for the good. Customer is excellent and now friendly. A really nice experience. From someone who has made many,many trips to this store!

I'm recently moved to RI within the week and this Home Depot has been a god send as my family and I begin to make the new house a home!! The staff are very helpful, service is excellent, even pick up in store, and I'm finding that they have a good stock of a variety of things. Highly recommended!!

I'm not big on 5 stars. I reserve that for places that really try hard. These folks do that. Great group of guys, and gals working here. Can honestly say zero bad experiences, and I've been here at least 15 times to buy stuff over the years. Love their return policy. As long as you have the receipt. 90 days no problem. Pretty amazing. I always buy extra in case I need it figuring I will have no problem taking it back if I don't. I did that tonight actually. That's smart IMO. Especially since sometimes jobs/projects can take a long time sometimes. And they know many people won't bother taking it back anyway. I do though, unless I figure I'll use it in the future anyway. What I appreciate the most though is if you ask anything. "Sure". Can you cut this? "Sure". And if it's not sure. It's, "let me get someone who can". That's all I want. No BS. Just get me my stuff, and get me out of here. Highly recommended!

I would have rated a lot lower if it weren’t for Daniel. I was unable to get help from anyone in the department and Daniel came back from the front desk and helped me with a special order and delivery options. He was kind and helpful and made it a much better experience.

What's not to like, helpful staff. Loads of choice

This Home Depot is exceptionally good. I have been to many Home Depots across the country, and this one is in the top three. Primarily the customer support is fantastic. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The restocking, as far as I have experienced, is excellent here as well.

Shopped for a 44" flush mount ceiling fan. Easy peasy! Many styles.

To the commenter Patricia who said I told her to go back to her country because you where speaking to your mom in Spanish. That situation NEVER happened. You're not even in this state, I have NEVER met you. All this potential to get me fired over a FB argument. Trying to get someone fired over FB drama, how pathetic.

This place has everything! Just bought 2 air conditioners. They had them in stock! Thank goodness! I'm very happy!

Decent parking, recommend parking on the left side of the building I'd you plan on buying something large. Thr layout of the store seems backwards to other HDs I've been to, could just be me though.
