Harriet & Oak is a super busy coffee shop in Rapid City! The service is quick and friendly, coffee is incredible with great specialty drinks available. Breakfast sandwiches are amazing and their homemade baked goods are always fresh. Be sure to check out their homemade poptarts with rotating flavors!

Wow! What a cute coffee shop! We stopped by to get a quick coffee and then saw the menu and decided to stay for lunch. I had a white chocolate lavender latte (on their spring menu) with oat milk and it was tooooo good! I tried the smoked and roasted sammie and it was great! Also, I had to try a cookie… and yes I had a bite of that first! It was warmed up and it was gooey in the center but crispy/buttery edges! Sooooo amazing!! Literally could eat a dozen!

A great hipster coffee shop in the middle of down town. The prices were a little high but the atmosphere and quality makes up for it. The drip coffee is rich in flavor and they have multiple types of tea lattes.

My husband and I visited Harriet & Oak about a month ago! It has the best atmosphere out of all the coffee shops we visited in Rapid City. I think that they have the most creative drinks I've ever seen in a coffee shop! We both thoroughly enjoyed our drinks. Their espresso was very good! There was plenty of indoor seating and I love all of the natural light. I would spend a lot of time here if I live locally! I would also like to say that we received our drinks in what I thought was a timely manner, and I appreciated the barista's patience with us as we decided what we would like to drink! Service 5/5!!

The Bright Eyes Acai bowl is one of my favorites!! We love the fresh pastries. The atmosphere is very cool. Sort of a rustic industrial feel to the place. They have different coffee options than your standard shop. I had the maple brown sugar latte and my husband had the golden latte. They were both very good. The avocado toast was good, I'd recommend adding an egg or two. My husband had a breakfast bowl that was awesome.

This is a place that has made the absolute most of their coffee shop kitchen. The food was great. There was a long line but it moved and the food came out so quick it beat our coffee! If I lived in rapid, I’d be here all the time!

Also, they have a very adorable Wi-Fi password. Worth finding out!

A wonderful spot for breakfast and coffee. Everything is amazing. The breakfasts are fun and funky and the coffee is delicious! A comfortable, industrial atmosphere that welcomes everyone!

So good, we came back a 2nd time before we left town!

I came for coffee and a healthy breakfast and was very satisfied with the experience! I wasn't familiar with the menu, but the staff worked with me in getting my coffee order squared away! I didn't know there was a full menu, but I ordered a breakfast now with bacon and it was outstanding. My partner ordered an acai bowl which she praised. The service here was friendly and prompt, it wasn't too busy, and if there's a line it moves fast. Great place!

Love this coffee shop! My lady grey fog was great as was the breakfast bowl. Really sweet staff and the interior is adorable.

Seriously a fan of this place. Reminds me of a favorite hipster coffee shop in Nampa, ID. Their açai bowls are ah-mazing. I've tried both the Bright Eyes and Buttercup versions and both are delicious, but I'm a huge fan of Buttercup. I'm going to try and replicate it at home (because I can't afford to get one every day as much as I would love to!) to the best of my ability but I know it won't be as good as H&O's.

Oh, and try their café miel latte with oat milk! 🤌🏻

Clean coffee shop with plenty of space, lots of coffee choices, loose leaf tea, delicious looking bakery items, and diverse & healthy breakfast items. Ordered the Classic Açaí bowl and waffles with fruit & whipped cream. Waffles were deliciously spiced and had real maple syrup. Fruit is fresh and very tasty.

There is seating upstairs that overlooks the main lower level.
It is a bit loud when full of people. Has background music at a nice level. Because of the high ceiling and open space, sound carries, especially for the frother on the espresso machine.

We stopped just in Rapid City just to have coffee and a quick bite here. We weren't disappointed! Everything we had was great.

Street parking or side parking available. Restrooms. Easy to locate. Kombucha on tap.

The only downside is the limited table availability. Our family of 4 grabbed the last spot and had to borrow a stool. There was a long line behind us...I hope they were just grabbing coffee to go.

The decor is great and the whole area in general is nice. Clean, safe, lots to see and do.

Wow! Rarely does a coffee shop nail it on food, internet, coffee, and service but Harriet & Oak does it. The breakfast bowl was the perfect combination of greens, quinoa, protein, and sriracha aioli. The Caramel Cold Brew was delicious without being too sweet and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Show up early as it fills up quickly and stays busy, for good reason. New favorite coffee spot in Rapid.

A little busy on a Saturday morning but the service and food was delicious! Worth the wait! Coffee was one of the best I’ve had- we ordered a latte and brewed black coffee but the flavors were great! Recommend the sweet potato wrap and the pasties.

We had the Avocado toast (amazing) acai bowl (incredible) and a breakfast bowl (I messed up and got it without sausage) as well as a strawberry macchiato and a golden latte. Everything was great, especially the avocado toast and the golden latte. I have also had the breakfast burrito here and that was great as well. This place is 5 stars through and through. The coffee, the food, and the vibe. We absolutely loved it, glad we came here and will definitely be back if we drive through rapid city again!

Very cool little coffee shop. Got coffee. will be back to do tea and try some of the food . Busy place though but glad they were open on a Sunday afternoon!

It's our absolute favorite place to go in the weekends. The coffee is fantastic and the Acai bowls are our go-tos. The atmosphere is welcoming, the only downside is that it's often so crowded on the weekends that it's difficult to find seating.

YUM 🤤 My husband and I came here while in Rapid visiting family and we came back multiple times because it’s just THAT good. We love finding local coffee shops — it’s a hobby of ours. The coffee is wonderful (some drinks too sweet, but that’s easy to remedy) and the açaí is AMAZING. We also tried two lunch sandwiches — the chipotle chicken is the BEST. We will be back our next trip here!

This shop is a five star through and through, including its food, drinks, and service. The coffee and tea were so good, we chugged them as quickly as we could to get refills for the road. And the refills were free! There were a lot of vegetarian options, and we opted for the açaí bowls. One of the best Ive ever had. The atmosphere was also very chill. Great place to stop!

If you are someone who is loyal to reviews and looking for some incredible breakfast, beans, or a latte, TRY THIS PLACE. They were working their butts off when we stopped in on a busy Sunday morning. The breakfast burritos are all amazing, but the sweet potato and goat cheese one took the cake for us. Their lavender syrup tastes like true lavender which we loved as opposed to something artificial. We also bought their Peru whole beans as well and they were fabulous. We were stopping by during our road trip home out west and the wait was definitely worth it. Thanks, H&O team!
